Finding the best value recumbent bike without compromising the quality had been a long and frustrating journey - thanks to Lifespan Fitness RC-81 Recumbent Bike, I am able to carry out beginner and intense workouts on the go.It took not more than two hours to completely unpack and set the machine.Adjustable seat height made it more versatile for both me and my husband. Its ipad or tablet stand makes my workout more fun and I follow my class while on the machine.

Very convenient to store away after use due to the transport wheels. The best part is the iPad stand, I simply cannot imagine my life without it. I put on a video while working out and I completely forget about the time. Its a great addition! All in all, would definitely recommend this one to all fitness enthusiasts!

Product was well packaged and all components were complete and well made. Assembly was straightforward and with the exception of the tension control, all bolts & nuts fitted perfectly. The tension cable was 5mm too short & the wire eyelet hook had to be bent to allow fitment - a difficult task. The cable needs to be longer or additional screw adjustment is required.

Bought this bike a year ago , I use it everyday , best I have ever had ,only one thing would like to know is if there is a softer seat ( gel seat) available to put on top of the existing seat ? As after a 30/40 min cycle ones butt let’s u know as it’s not the kind of bike you can stand up on to relieve tension in your rear end lol .. Thanks again for a well made bike for those of us who need it …
The overall unpacking experience is good. Instruction manual is easy to follow. All the required tools are included. No need to use my tool box. Connecting the difficulty level cable may need a bit of skill though. You might need an extra pair of hands for that part. Otherwise, you can assemble it all by yourself. The seat is comfy. Handles feel nice and solid. It is amazingly quiet during workout! My whole family love it and we have no excuse not to exercise and keep fit!
The Recumbent Bike R81 is very good value for money. It was mostly assembled and the process for the remainder of the parts was very easy to assemble. It is great for my back as an ordinary exercise bike leaves me with back pain. It is a great way to exercise. Delivery process and communications were great.
Perfect for my needs, enough resistance to achieve a good work out, purchased for build up and rehab following knee surgery. Outcome achieved. Bit fiddly fitting the resistance wire but got there in the end. Haven’t worked out the monitor yet but peddling away!
Everything about the product is great except the computer. I cannot make it work the way it should. It does only the time and my heart rate, I cannot make any of the other functions work as they should. This is probably due to the instructions being inadequate and written in very poor English. This bike has a couple of poor workmanship areas, such as the bolt holes were the base and seat meet do not match correctly and are extremely annoying to marry up. Also the tension cable is about 5mm too short and you have to manipulate this to meet up with the loop… another time consuming problem. The top resistance setting is not very high either. Instructions for display is rather confusing as well. The left pedal makes a clunking noise intermittently as well.Overall I am just satisfied with this product but wouldn’t recommend in its current state.
Product arrived boxed and in good condition. It was relatively easy to assemble, except for the tension cord, which would not join up as demonstrated in diagram.I had to get assistance and manipulate it to get it to join.Other than that it has been a worthwhile investment. I would suggest that the excercise screen should have a rechargeable battery included.
