When they work, theyre great. With the cable pointing straight down on the shoulder and no structural integrity at all around the connection.. a couple of months .. All you have to do is move your head an inch or the cable moves.. which it will because it is laid across you desk .. the sound will cut out.. skip.. or the headset will scream into your ears.Just too weak of a connectionThey do have awesome sound!!No longevity at all. Get a wireless set!!!!Pretty annoyed ill have to folk out for a new set already

I have two of these and I think they are both great. The sound is as good as I could expect. The customization options through the Hub App are nice. Both the USB and 3.5mm audio cable are a good length for a chorded headset. The fold-in mic is maybe my favourite feature and the vocal clarity is top notch.I am not a fan of the 3.5mm input quality. USB sounds amazing - the 3.5mm jack is garbage.

Great headphones with amazing sound quality, the microphone sounds great when it works. I find I have to unplug and plug them back in to get the mic to work again. Logitechs software itself has some issues so hopefully it gets sorted soon because these are a favourite, they actually fit around my ears (I have gauged ear lobes), the sound is great and so is the mic quality, overall really great if you don’t mind the small mic issues. I’ve been using them for about 2 months now and I’m not a picky gal so I don’t mind putting up with it to get the amazing experience I’ve had.

Bought a second pair after my first one broke after 3 years and quite a lot of moving around, so they're definitely sturdy and last a long time if you take care of it. They're super comfy to wear for hours, adjustable to fit your needs and preferences. Sound quality is always good.Microphone definitely needs some help as it does tend to cut out randomly when in discord so you'd have to keep reconnecting it. But I have my own standalone mic so it's not a big deal for me.Definitely worth getting when it's on sale!

Been having issues since just a few months after purchase, the main issue which most people who own this headset run into is that the port for the wire which plugs into it is terrible. It constantly disconnects audio for a split second with the slightest movement, then comes back but your microphone will not work unless you unplug and replug your headphones. It also sometimes causes very loud noises for whoever is in your party and genuinely hurts your ears with how loud it is. After dropping the headset just 2 or 3 times one of the ear cups already broke and came out of its socket entirely, so I had to superglue it back in. The audio also stopped working out of one ear eventually. Definitely a waste of money and there’s nothing high quality about it except the ... MoreBeen having issues since just a few months after purchase, the main issue which most people who own this headset run into is that the port for the wire which plugs into it is terrible. Sounds great when something is playing, but buzzes loudly when nothing is playing. Has 2 really short chords and is only possible to use the RGB lights and change the audio settings using the USB, which the store page never warned about. This is a problem for me as the USB chord is far too short and can't reach to my system without me leaning toward it. My system is close enough for me to touch it at all time FYI. Using the AUX chord instead of the USB more than halves the features on the headset, meaning that if you're low on USB ports, are more than an arms length from the closest USB port on your PC, or only plan to use this headset on an Xbox and/or mobile device, this headset is a horrible choice, even for PC I'd recommend the wireless alternative over this, as ... MoreSounds great when something is playing, but buzzes loudly when nothing is playing. As I said previously, the only good thing about the headset is the sound quality, especially the bass. But it's hard to think of anything else that's good about the headset

While louder than the G430's, the punchy bass is sorely missing. This could be due to the driver software, or the choice of speaker itself. The new GHub software is bloated, and must be running in order to turn off the RGB (unless you want your headset to 'breathe' the entire time your PC is on). The headset's new EQ is the same software-based, low quality output you find in most freeware music players, and it took far too much time to build something passable. The headset itself feels lighter and easier when worn, though the pinch from the G430's is still present. The sound quality from the mic is fine for gaming, and the noise filter worked correctly. The volume wheel on the left ear cup is a welcome addition, but the programmable button placement make them ... MoreWhile louder than the G430's, the punchy bass is sorely missing. The volume wheel on the left ear cup is a welcome addition, but the programmable button placement make them almost impossible to avoid whenever you remove the headset. Best to just reprogram them to do nothing and save yourself some hassle. While the G635 adds support for consoles, the audio quality is a step back and I would trade all the RGB in the world for better sound.
