I have two of these and I think they are both great. The sound is as good as I could expect. The customization options through the Hub App are nice. Both the USB and 3.5mm audio cable are a good length for a chorded headset. The fold-in mic is maybe my favourite feature and the vocal clarity is top notch.I am not a fan of the 3.5mm input quality. USB sounds amazing - the 3.5mm jack is garbage.

Bought a second pair after my first one broke after 3 years and quite a lot of moving around, so they're definitely sturdy and last a long time if you take care of it. They're super comfy to wear for hours, adjustable to fit your needs and preferences. Sound quality is always good.Microphone definitely needs some help as it does tend to cut out randomly when in discord so you'd have to keep reconnecting it. But I have my own standalone mic so it's not a big deal for me.Definitely worth getting when it's on sale!

Been having issues since just a few months after purchase, the main issue which most people who own this headset run into is that the port for the wire which plugs into it is terrible. It constantly disconnects audio for a split second with the slightest movement, then comes back but your microphone will not work unless you unplug and replug your headphones. It also sometimes causes very loud noises for whoever is in your party and genuinely hurts your ears with how loud it is. After dropping the headset just 2 or 3 times one of the ear cups already broke and came out of its socket entirely, so I had to superglue it back in. The audio also stopped working out of one ear eventually. Definitely a waste of money and there’s nothing high quality about it except the ... MoreBeen having issues since just a few months after purchase, the main issue which most people who own this headset run into is that the port for the wire which plugs into it is terrible. For several years I enjoyed the previous version of this product, the G930. Loved it. Let me wander around my house for hours listening to computer noises. Long battery, buttons were great. The screws holding the ears to the band eventually gave out - why is it made of plastic at its weakest point? - but I still loved it and jury-rigged it to keep using it. Finally gave in and bought the G935.Sort of a let down.It works - sort of - after a while of getting used to. Requires a new Logitech software interface download that doesn't like my other Logitech peripherals (my keyboard is ignored, my mouse is not sure what program to follow and keeps changing its speed setting). Requires a new Logitech software interface download that doesn't like my other Logitech peripherals (my keyboard is ignored, my mouse is not sure what program to follow and keeps changing its speed setting). Takes a while to set up and had no instructions on how to do so.Furthermore requires two USB ports to work - one to charge, one for wireless. The previous version had the wireless built into the charging cord so only one port on my PC was used up.The lights on it are cool. Too bad you can't see lights on your own head. Not sure who they are there for, but they eat up battery like there's no tomorrow and turning it off or changing the setting is hard with the new software. So you're looking at 14 hour life or 5 hour life, depending on how much the software feels like cooperating. The range is at least the same or greater than I was expecting, so I can still wander around my entire house with it. Just now I look like a neon dance party while doing so for anyone walking by my window. The buttons are not as easy to find as in the previous one, and the on/off switch is right beside the GKeys so there is a bit of fumbling around for that. The mic is in a different spot, too. Not sure why it extends and retracts. The spot where it connects to the headband is just as weak as the previous model, but the ears are heavier so I'm worried it will break even sooner. I have to be very careful putting it down or putting them on for fear of it snapping. It does what I paid for it to do, I'm just a bit sad that it isn't as good as the prior model I guess.Oh! One last thing. The wireless USB thing is stored in a secret pocket in the case. There was a little piece of paper stuck to indicate it but it wasn't great at its job so it left me guessing for a bit when I first opened package up.
Sounds great when something is playing, but buzzes loudly when nothing is playing. Has 2 really short chords and is only possible to use the RGB lights and change the audio settings using the USB, which the store page never warned about. This is a problem for me as the USB chord is far too short and can't reach to my system without me leaning toward it. My system is close enough for me to touch it at all time FYI. Using the AUX chord instead of the USB more than halves the features on the headset, meaning that if you're low on USB ports, are more than an arms length from the closest USB port on your PC, or only plan to use this headset on an Xbox and/or mobile device, this headset is a horrible choice, even for PC I'd recommend the wireless alternative over this, as ... MoreSounds great when something is playing, but buzzes loudly when nothing is playing. As I said previously, the only good thing about the headset is the sound quality, especially the bass. But it's hard to think of anything else that's good about the headset
I've been using G635 headphones for years. The first time I bought one was way back in 2018. I used to bring them to school every day hanging on my laptop bag handles. They can take some light hitting, falling, and shaking. I never dropped them hard on the ground, but I doubt they would come out okay if you did.I really like how these headphones feel on my head, and the audio is pretty good! They have good noise canceling, and the buttons can be useful at times. They work well as headphones like they are supposed to, but where they start to lose points is in its longevity(or should I say lack thereof).I neglected to mention that in the period of time(~5 years) that I've owned this headset, I was actually referring to two headsets. They work well as headphones like they are supposed to, but where they start to lose points is in its longevity(or should I say lack thereof).I neglected to mention that in the period of time(~5 years) that I've owned this headset, I was actually referring to two headsets. Back in 2020, my headphones gave out on me, and I replaced it with the exact same model. This newer model that I still have is starting to give out on me now too. An average of 2.5 years for lifespan is not good. My first ones completely became non-functional due to a charging port issue, and the second ones are not dead but broken. Both of the headphones had a weird issue with audio deciding to "fade away". It's a weird issue and I don't really know what causes it, but when both of these headphones got older, they would 1) turn on with the audio severely warped or 2) would slowly transition from normal audio into this weird warped audio. The only thing that can fix this is literally hitting the headphones, which makes me think it is some critical flaw with physical internal parts. The headphones will disconnect you and the dongle if you are not close to the computer a lot more than you think. Some of it makes sense, like walking behind a giant metal fridge or a currently operating microwave. Other times it is completely unexplainable and random. If you get disconnected enough times in a row in a specific amount of time, the dongle/computer/everything will start to freak out. I've seen reviews say that it can crash your computer, but for me it just makes the headphones play a really loud noise and permanently disconnect from the dongle until I turn them off and back on.The charging is flawed. I don't really know how they intended you to charge this thing without damaging the port, but to me it seems like it is unavoidable for the average person. You CANNOT have your headphones charge while wearing them WITHOUT damaging them. The charging cord does not grip onto the headphones(as it is a basic mini USB), and the cord is heavy enough that unless you find the perfect spot to charge it, even leaving it charging somewhere will most likely cause damage. I've been very careful and cautious with this second pair, but I'm still dealing with the charging starting to be finicky. And that is all that I have, thank you for coming to my TED talk.TL;DRHeadphones are good but the lifespan is about 2.5 years in my experience, audio will start to break by "fading away" randomly, the headphones have issues staying connected to the dongle while you move, and the charging is not easy to keep undamaged for the average person.
I couldn’t decided between a four or a five star. But as I was thinking and thinking hard about the pros and cons. This headphone is really great for the money. These are the only pair of headphones that lasted me for so long and they still have plenty of life in them as well. It’s a nice simple design, you can use for any device or gaming systems. It has two different cords either pc or console. The only bad thing I can think of is that if you have a separate microphone then you would’ve to use the aux cord in order to listen to the audio and use the headphones and separate microphone in order to work. There’s nothing wrong with that is just that you would miss the lighting affect and program it has for pc players and users. But if that’s not something really concerning then by all means this is a great pair of gaming headphones to use. It can take a good amount of abuse but I wouldn’t recommend still going out of your way and beating it and not using it properly. It has such a nice simple design nothing to extra or anything. The headphones cushion feels so good and don’t hurt your ears barely or at all depending how sensitive you’re. This is just a great headphone in my opinion I know there’s other more expensive and better ones but this is truly a good pair of headphones and I’ll definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for their first good but not so expensive headphone.
While louder than the G430's, the punchy bass is sorely missing. This could be due to the driver software, or the choice of speaker itself. The new GHub software is bloated, and must be running in order to turn off the RGB (unless you want your headset to 'breathe' the entire time your PC is on). The headset's new EQ is the same software-based, low quality output you find in most freeware music players, and it took far too much time to build something passable. The headset itself feels lighter and easier when worn, though the pinch from the G430's is still present. The sound quality from the mic is fine for gaming, and the noise filter worked correctly. The volume wheel on the left ear cup is a welcome addition, but the programmable button placement make them ... MoreWhile louder than the G430's, the punchy bass is sorely missing. The volume wheel on the left ear cup is a welcome addition, but the programmable button placement make them almost impossible to avoid whenever you remove the headset. Best to just reprogram them to do nothing and save yourself some hassle. While the G635 adds support for consoles, the audio quality is a step back and I would trade all the RGB in the world for better sound.
Great sound quality, playing games with it you can hear everything from any direction. Ex. In COD you can hear people running from behind, beside, diagonally like your the actual person. Only downside is the aux cord wore out on me pretty quickly and wasn't worth replacing it due to going through Logitech for the right one and then the price and shipping to Canada.
