The best part of using this bag is that you can also carry your camera in front over your chest while connected to the straps instead of strapped around your neck.

I just bought this backpack when it was a deal on the DealZone recently. I've been on the hunt for a backpack that was small, light and good for hiking or the city. I'm petite at 4'11 and many camera bags are too big for me. Some are also heavy to begin with and makes it uncomfortable to carry for long periods of time. I have a Nikon Z5 and it does fit with a pancake 28mm lens. I haven't tried adding additional lenses yet but I think I can add a second lens to the camera compartment. I like that this has a compartment for a water system and that the upper part of the backpack isn't heavily padded so that I can store extra layers, etc.

I bought this looking for a small everyday multi-purpose pack (camera and everyday items). But it is too small on all counts, and weirdly designed. First, I can only barely fit in my Sony A6600 with the 18-70 lens and strap, much less an additional lens. Forget about my full frame Sony. If you can fit additional stuff (lens, filters, etc.) in the camera compartment, to access it you have to remove the entire compartment from the pack...there is no access via rear panel or the top of the pack. Finally, the entire pack is miniature on all fronts...with the camera insert in, there is barely room for a jacket, sweater, lunch etc. That said, the design is intriguing. If you want a tiny pack that will hold and protect only one small camera, it might work. Well ... MoreI bought this looking for a small everyday multi-purpose pack (camera and everyday items). If they had just made it 2 larger in all dimensions, and created a way to access lenses and other accessories without removing the box, it would be a terrific pack. I am returning, but will consider the larger version, though it is substantially more expensive.

I have kids in club sports and we're always on the move between courts, facilities, hotels, etc. and this is an amazingly simple, and light bag to simplify what I need to carry. I wish it had better support for a tripod but I bought another slightly larger bag for days I need the tripod. I'm normally shooting standing or kneeling. This bag has a spot for a camelback type water bladder, a removable camera bag if I'm going exceptionally light but it also integrates into the bag so nicely that I can sling the bag around, pull out the camera, and put the camera back fairly quickly. The top section holds my batteries, cabling, and a snack. It's compact, light and pretty much has everything I need for two lenses and my Cannon A7R IV. I would definitely buy it again. Well made, well thought out and it looks good.
It is a nice size day pack when you don't want to haul around a lot of gear. Very versatile pack... can also use a optional water bladder like a Camelback etc. Lots of options for strap arrangement and camera carry.
This backpack looks so cool but functionally it's a little Beta. I think it needed a little more work before being released.First the side access to your camera is kinda hideous. It's not a sling so you have to take the backpack off or half off. It doesn't fit the mirrorless Sony A7II well. It fits but man, like your tight dungarees out of the dryer after Thanksgiving dinner. (15L bag) So your camera is going to live in your hand cause getting it in and out of the backpack is such a chore. They give you this internal camera bag within the backpack (seen in their photo) that you can keep in the larger pack as extra protection or take so you can store your camera in this weird little bag from your chest rather than wrestle with the backpack every time you want to ... MoreThis backpack looks so cool but functionally it's a little Beta. Not standing precariously on rocks while it dangles from your chest and it unzips so the camera falls out. The zipping angles are all wrong for chest access. There are a zillion little annoying straps to rig up this silly chest bag. You'll lose them in a day. I tried to fit a real but small camera bag to replace this wonky one given to you but ones I had on hand didn't work well. There might be one out there you can buy that'll fit that you can pull over your shoulder well but for another hundred bucks.I used the straps that are on the backpack for holding my walking sticks. It worked but it's convoluted. Biking water bottle struggles to fit because the camera is so shoved in there. So you might need a slick water bottle that will sustain you for a sip or two. There's a pull string that's also at the top that is a PIA. Sometimes it'll fall out and you have to rig it back through the pull contraption. It squeezes so hard on the string that it's hard to pull free. There's a tiny zipper compartment there with a key clip. That and a slim wallet might fit. Under that there is kinda useless netting for maybe access to SD cards. There is this velcro divider between this top pack world and the camera word so you could just ditch the camera and use it for a single compartment larger carry and storage. Honestly, it might be better for that because I did find the backpack to be comfortable. There is also clever storage lip at the back of the pack where you might shove in a windbreaker for fast access. And a weird pull-down handkerchief at the bottom that can be accessed for rain protection. It's expensive for what it is. It has a little roof hood that pulls over everything with a zipper storage for glasses. There's a water bladder holder I didn't use but slipped my iPad in there and it worked. It's enormously clever but also a fail. In theory it should be so cool. But in practice it doesn't work. Mostly because the internal bag with its goofy clip on straps is a huge fail. You need a better way on that because you cannot easily access the camera from the backpack. The top pull string needs work because it's hard to undo. And no water bottle can fit because the camera section has to be overstuffed to fit even a mirrorless. It's alike a cute puppy that you desperately want to like but it just doesn't behave as you hoped.
If your camera actually fits in this camera compartment, you probably don't need a backpack to carry it around. This bag might be good for a mini drone or a point and shoot camera, but there is no way a DSLR or interchangeable lens mirrorless fits in the camera compartment with additional lenses. The photos are deceptive. The pockets are a bit weird and access to the camera while it's in the bag is incredibly cumbersome. There's no way to quick draw your camera.I was initially intrigued by the straps that connect the camera to the shoulder straps. However, after receiving the bag, I don't think I can be confident in having my camera supported (dangle) by the straps and flimsy plastic clips. With that said, the bag is well-made and stylish. However, after receiving the bag, I don't think I can be confident in having my camera supported (dangle) by the straps and flimsy plastic clips. With that said, the bag is well-made and stylish. It is one of the most comfortable backpacks I have worn. The materials are great. The padding is excellent. The shoulder straps have lots of loops and clips to add accessories. I also love the little pouch that is built in to the waist strap.I gave it four stars because it is potentially a great bag if you have very small gear and are looking for something to protect your camera while you're out on a day trip and you need to carry other non-photography items. For the (sale) price, it's not worth keeping. I ended up returning it . The next size up is ginormous. Sadly, there seems to be no Goldilocks bag that fits just right with this back and shoulder support. This would make a great regular backpack if that is all I need. But I need a backpack that is also a camera bag. This bag is not for me, but it might be for you. Be sure to triple check the measurements.
