I got a sample of this in their Memory Box and it’s one of my favourites as I wasn’t impressed with the majority of their perfumes. I thought it would be a simple citrusy perfume - fresh, sweet, with citrus notes — and it does open up with a top note of lemons, but the heart (coriander, green tea) and especially base notes (cedar wood, musk) give it a sophisticated depth that stops the fragrance from becoming too sweet or fruity. The base notes in particular give the perfume complexity and depth. It’s a beautiful, lovely scent that’s more sophisticated and mature than your average citrus perfume. Wish they did this as an eau de parfum as eau de toilettes don’t have much longevity.

I received a sample of this and was immediately in love with the fresh and uplifting aroma that enveloped me. I have a soft spot for lemon forward scents, and this one doesn't disappoint. Whereas some other lemon-centric fragrances can suffer from poor longevity or a synthetic 'household cleaner' smell, this is a lovely, realistic lemon and citrus scent with great performance. Absolutely perfect for the Spring and Summer months. The scent leans slightly feminine, but anyone can wear this. Once again, great service and delivery from Cult Beauty!!

I originally got the mini size and fell in love so I upgraded to the larger size. I really wish they’d make this one into a candle, so far it’s my absolute favorite replica fragrance.As for it being unisex, it’s really versatile! My husband will occasionally use it, as he really likes it as well. Sometimes he forgets cologne and asks to use my mini out of my purse while we’re out and about. It smells amazing on him, too, it’s cool to have a fragrance we can both use and enjoy.

I have purchased a few Citrusy scent's because I love the way a fresh scent can take you back to moments in time on holidays. Also something fresher instead of using a perfume for our long hot summer days & night's. Under the lemon tree just about tick's all the boxes for me, as far as citrus scent's go they are renowned for not lasting very long. I do love this one & it lasts. I purchased a bottle of Altaia, Wonder of you for a citrus fragrance before I purchased under the Lemontree, there is NO comparison & NO fragrance other than the initial spray & double the price. This one is value for money.
I really really enjoy the onset of this fragrance; Bright citrus and a bit of woody warmth, which dries down to a light floral. My only issues with this fragrance are projection and longevity. I'd say people within an intimate distance will be able to smell you (someone sitting next to you on the couch or giving a hug) but outside of that distance it doesn't really project well. Additionally, while the dry down is nice, the fragrance itself tends to wane after only a few hours. I'll definitely be getting more, but I'll probably end up layering it over another scent.
This perfume smells NOTHING like citrus, most ESPECIALLY not lemon. I love lemon perfume, I own some in other brands, and this is not it. It's definitely musky.Unfortunately, it does NOT last more than two hours. I always shower and put perfume on before watching TV in bed, so I know it was 2 hours only. It lasted on my clothing, but that's not what I spent this money for, I want a perfume, not a MUCH more expensive replacement for laundry scent beads. I would have kept it for winter if it lasted. Oh well, it's not my loss...don't make it yours!
I had higher hopes for this. It's very 'green' and turns a bit sour on my skin. There's no lemon in this perfume and it's nothing as I expected. I hoped it would be fresh, clean and luxurious. Unfortunately, it's none of those things. Sadly, where I would hope other Replica scents that I love would last longer, this one really does. For a citrus, that's fairly unusual. It's not for me, but others love it. It's just not working with my chemistry.
Citrus fragrances are always a risk, as they can end up smelling a little too much like cleaning products. This one doesn't at all, but it doesn't evoke quite what I imagined from the fragrance. If I'm supposed to get 'Meditteranean escape in a field of zingy lemon trees', I would expect either a bit more lemon, or perhaps something fresh and salty which reminds me of the sea. I don't get either, or the cardamom top notes which are meant to be present. It's a fresh scent, which medium longevity and projection. It's nice but not my favourite from MM.

I like a citrus scent that's bright, truly citrusy, not sugary, and with a little green underneath, like verbena or lemon thyme. This is a clean, bright lemon scent with just the right herbaceousness to balance out the high notes. It's gentle and well-composed enough to wear on its own - it's lovely! - but I really love to layer it under other scents. Right now I'm a big fan of wearing it with Diptyque Eau Rose for a bright, floral, but not "perfumey" combo. It's just the right amount of citrus to make the key notes of other perfumes pop. I love the travel size since I mostly bought this to layer, but honestly may grab a big bottle once I run out. Lovely perfume.
