Great sander. Easy to use, not too heavy. Emptying the bag is a bit messy, but less messy than having no bag! Convenient, and presumably cheaper, to be able to use regular sandpaper.

Upgraded to this sander from an Ozito and you can really understand why you need to spend a bit more. I cant always afford the better brand but this upgrade was essential with the amount of sanding I had to do. There have been no problems with this tool and the quick paper changing method is awesome. Plus the cost saving of using standard sheets will help cover the extra cost of the tool. My only issue with it was how much the cord and the front handle stuck out making it difficult to get close to some edging.

This sander is amazing full stop! It made quick work of sanding my flaking bathroom ceiling and walls. Did the job in a fraction of the time I expected it to do. I spent ages sweating before I decided to see what was out there that could do the hard work for me. Glad I found this one. Runs smoothly with very little vibration so ideal for those longer jobs.
This is a brilliant little sander! I've had other sanders, which have been thrown out after once use, this one, however, is light but does an excellent job. As someone who does a lot of DIY and sanding furniture, doors etc, this is perfect. The dust collector is welcome and works pretty well, but you still need to wear a mask.
I was impressed by the build quality of this product. Solid construction with an easy to use clamping mechanism. I was also surprised at the low noise level when using this sander. A single sheet of 120 paper included in the box, which is useful to use as a template to cut from a sheet or roll. A plastic template for cutting holes (for dust collection) is also provided.
Using this to sand my entire deck - it's first job.Feels very strong and well built. Vibrations are tight and very well absorbed so you don't feel it through your hands too much. The sand paper clipping mechanism works quite well and the included hole punch for creating vacuum holes in your sheet works really well. Very happy with this purchase, works really well, highly recommended.
Ok for small jobs with smoother sand paper and surfaces. The moment the sandpaper is thicket, and thus more brittle, the paper slips out and/or cracks where it's clipped. The clips are not strong enough to hold it in place.
Great sander love the Makita range. Good bit of power, not too heavy and comfortable to use. Will definitely keep buying Makita and would definitely use this supplier again as great price and arrived early aswell !
Excellent sander, quieter than my old one with more power, and a lot less vibration return to my handts. Making a garden bench and just the right tool for sanding smooth the hardwood.
