This is the most amazing conditioner I've ever used. I have 3A/3B curls, and my daughter has waist-length poker-straight hair, and it has worked wonders for both of us. It's so moisturising, thick and creamy, creates a good slip on the hair strands, and smells heavenly. We'd happily use it forever!!I bought it when starting the Curly Girl Method, as when I copied & pasted the ingredients list into the isitcg website it came up as approved - however there are 2 ingredients on the bottle which aren't listed here online, neither of which are approved at all. So sadly I'm having to switch - but only because I'm following this hair method, NOT because of the quality of the product. I love the product. For fine fair curly hair this is the worst conditioner I've ever used. First try a disaster as left my hair dry and frizzy.. so gave it a second chance and left it on longer. The full recommended 5 minutes this time. Waste of time. Took 20 + mins to try and work it through my hair. Which caused my hair becoming more and more tangled. Eventually had to wash it again and use my ever faithful Aussie conditioner to sort out the mess this stuff made of my hair.

I bought this because I like to try new things for my curly hair. It was expensive and looked nice, so seems good, right? No. The most important thing a conditioner does for me as someone with curly hair is allow me to actually brush it. I had to use GLOBS of this to get anywhere close to detangling my hair (and my hair was brushed out before my shower)! I've never left a review before, but this was awful. For so much money too! I like their shampoo, but if you don't want to have to pull, rip, and tear chunks from your hair just to brush it, best stick with an African American made brand like Shea Moisture or Carol's Daughter. What's the point of a moisturizing conditioner if your hair is broken because of it?

I have very thick and curly hair and I have had troubles finding good hair care products. I saw these products months ago but did not trust online shopping but recently I found it in walmart and decided to give it a go. You can seriously feel the difference while washing your hair. The shampoo feels like it is actually cleaning your hair and the conditioner makes my hair feel silky smooth just 3 mins after applying it. I never felt that before and my hair just feels softer throughout the day. The products work so good together, I bought others and was planning on combining them to see if there are different results but if you have curly thick hair this is perfect.

I am absolutely in love with this product! This conditioner has made a remarkable difference in my hair. Since using this I now have my curls back instead of the frizz. I have received so many compliments on my hair, so I know it is working. My hair not only looks better, it feels so much healthier. I love that this has natural ingredients and there is no worry about it leaving any residue. I love the scent, which is what I would describe as a tropical one and it last long after using it. This product does exactly what it is supposed to do, it helps hydrate, smooth and keep the frizz down. It is definitely a keeper and one Ihighly recommend to anyone with curly, unruly hair like I had!
I used the shampoo product Maui Moisture first and got wonderful results. So I decided to get the conditioner to pair with it and see if I got even better results. And my intuition was right. After i used the shampoo I used the conditioner. The conditioner smells just as heavenly as the shampoo. I also like that the conditioner is vegan too. I could tell a difference as soon as I washed my hair in it. My hair instantly felt soft. Once my hair dried it was even softer. It took the frizz away and made my hair look healthier. I will recommend this product to anyone who asks me about it.
I have thick 3A/3B curls and getting decent curly hair products where I live is a nightmare. Maui Moisture just started being sold here in the last month and I seriously think it's changed my life. I can't believe how good my hair looks after using this! The formula is really lightweight and I never noticed before how much other conditioners weighed down my hair. It's super moisturising and my hair has curled up a lot more. I'm normally not a fan of coconut but the scent of this is amazing. I also don't need to wash and restyle my hair as often. It's great for co-washing too.My only quibble is that the packaging looks identical to the shampoo, and yesterday I picked up a bottle of shampoo by mistake.

I can honestly say, I LOVE THIS STUFF! I'm absolutely pleased how my hair has reacted to using it for a few weeks now! My curls have sprung up again and my hair is finally looking healthy again. It makes it so soft, but not oily which is also a plus! I'll be buying this product (the matching shampoo too) after I've finished this up.
