Metamucil is a multi-health fibre supplement made with 100% natural psyllium, which is a great source of both soluble and insoluble fibre to help support a healthy gut. The formula helps relieve constipation and comes in a great-tasting orange flavour. It can help you feel lighter and more active, and also helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels. Simply add 5.9 g (approximately 1½ teaspoons) of Metamucil to 250 mL of liquid, stir briskly and drink promptly. Drink plenty of water. Always read and follow the directions for use, and keep out of reach of children. May cause an allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium. Do not use in cases of medication-induced constipation, or when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea.
