Recently bought Metamucil Granular Natural and use it in my fruit and veg smoothies plus sprinkle on my cereal each morning. I must make sure I drink enough water in the day and then I am so much more regular and feel so much lighter. Easy way to get enough fibre everyday!

Start slow if more is needed add gradually.With a fairly balanced diet even within my household some have little fibre requirements & others need a lot more.

I like that it is natural and has no added sugars or sweeteners but isn't unpleasant to drink in the way that psyllium husks are. I began by adding a tiny amount of the Wild Berry to give it a bit of flavour but over time have added less and less.

I was shocked to find that this product contains sucrose (i.e. sugar) and it tastes awfully sweet. If you want the same thing without the added sugar, simply buy psyllium husk.
I'm on Keto and wanted a plain metamucil. This 100% natural Psyllium was the only unflavoured variety I could find. Turns out the fine print says "Each 7g dose contains 3.4g of psyllium husk powder"... so it's not 100% husk, it's 50% other stuff they put in too. Glucose is listed as an ingredient. The packaging really made it seem like the healthiest option but it's not.
