High protein, high carbs too. The taste is nice. It fills me up for about 20-40 mins. I tried following the instructions but ended up increasing it for more satiations. I don’t have a sweet tooth (besides dark chocolate), but I think this is pretty good and tastes similar to a less sweet dark chocolate. If it is too sweet I just add some extra water.

I've bought this product many times, tried a few flavours. My latest flavour choice was the 900g Gooey White Choc Cookie. Unfortunately not the flavour for me, and I also didn't receive a scoop in the bag which was disappointing..I'm buying the 900g Iced Latte flavour next, hoping I'll get a scoop!Would still 10/10 recommend this product!

This is my first protein powder, so I don't really know what to expect in terms of results yet haha, but I'm really liking it so far. The scoop has measurement lines on it for 1/2 and 3/4, which I find handy. Flavour-wise, it has a bit of a sweet/artificial kind of taste. I found it a bit too sweet when following the instructions of 1 scoop in 200 mL of water, easily fixed by just adding more water/some milk though. So far so good!

Switched to Emrald about a year ago and never changing brands. It is by far the best protein powder I’ve used for heating/baking/oats, keeping a normal consistency/taste when microwaved. Definitely the best chocolate favoured protein out there. Though, cookies and cream and cereal milk are also amazing. Was not a fan of peanut butter chocolate (too sweet)

My new favourite protein. The taste is absolutely delicious and doesn’t have that gross aftertaste/flavour that some proteins have. I tried the chocolate and immediately went online to buy other flavours. I’ve used it as a shake with both milk and water separately as well as in my overnight oats and it slaps every time.

Hi, I'm looking to buy either Whey or Bulk Protein for building lean muscle. I do not intend to first bulk up and gain weight and then begin cutting. I'm very skinny right now and have very low bodyfat percentage.I'd like to know which product will fit me better for exclusively building lean muscle and maintaining that same low bodyfat percentage. Amazing!

By far my favourite protein! Doesn't taste chalky like other proteins, doesn't upset my stomach and feels like it gives me an energy boost! Not to mention the flavour is amazing, I've only tried cookies and cream but it is super creamy and sweet. Only thing was it didn't have a scoop inside the packet. I worked out the grams and use my own spoon now, but would be better if it and a scoop! Not sure if this is just my bag or they don't use scoops at all anymore.10/10 recommend though

Pleasantly surprised

Ordered the salted caramel and strawberries & cream.I’ve never been a fan of protein powders as they’ve always tasted terrible unless you add fruit or yogurt.. this brand however is AMAZING. I mix with milk rather than water as I like my drinks a little creamier.Can’t wait to try the other flavours.

I grabbed the Lime Splice, and holy moly it was amazing. So good that I went back to the store and grabbed the White Choc Raspberry and also the Banana Honey Milkshake. All are incredible. Can't wait to try the other flavours. Already dropped about 12kg having 2 of these a day over the past 2 weeks, and I find them very easy on the stomach. I was on Man Shakes before, which were okay, but honestly this is the only protein powder brand I'll be using from now on.
