Firstly, bag size is nice and compact. A lot of products come in massive bags full of air and you've got to have a cupboard under the stairs to store it, but this is nice and compact which I appreciate. Product is as good as any really. If you haven't taken it before, please take it just before your workout. I always fill a 2L bottle of water, a flavour concentrate/squash/juice, and a scoop of creatine. Shake it up, that's your preworkout. Start drinking out of it 30 mins before your workout and continue to do so as you're going. This is for muscular exercises. If you're doing cardio then obviously don't drink that much fluid that soon before. Same thing but maybe in a 500ml glass or something.

Creatine Monohydrate is a good product for those who want to enhance their performance. I am always looking for ways to improve my strength and endurance, and this product has definitely helped me with that. I’ve seen a difference in two months of taking this. The powder dissolves easily in water and has no taste making it easy drink. I definitely feel less fatigued afterward workouts. I am seeing good results. I think MyProtein Creatine Monohydrate is good for anyone looking to improve their athletic performance. It's great value for the price, and it can really make a difference in your workouts.

Great product, love creapure tech. This makes you stronger in the long run, but you have to keep taking it, otherwise you lose the strength gains. Creating increases the cell's ATP (source of energy used by your cells) production increasing your muscles' output, making workouts more efficient and effective. Tastes like sand, but this is comforting, because then you know theres no cruddy flavourants, colourings, additives, etc. Just pure creatine :) Also its my fault for dry-scooping. You can mix it into smoothies or juice etc if you prefer not to eat sand.

I currently work as a postman and will walk on average between 10-11 miles per day for 5 days a week. On work days I dilute 5g of this Creatine in a 1-1.5l bottle of water and drink it throughout my shift. The creatine is quick and easy to dilute and it's tasteless. When taking creatine I notice a huge difference at the end of my shift in that my legs still feel much fresher and do not ache anywhere near as much when compared to the days when I have failed to take. I have been taking creatine regularly for over 12 months and have had no ill effects. With a physical job, taking creatine has been so beneficial that following a busy shift I still have the energy and strength to remain active for the rest of the day. With a physical job, taking creatine has been so beneficial that following a busy shift I still have the energy and strength to remain active for the rest of the day. I have even gone on to run 5km following work and my legs have been fine for work the following day. Having only used two brands, 'MyProtein' and 'USN Core Micronised Creatine', the USN Micronised Creatine does dilute slightly quicker in water but that is the only difference I noticed. I regularly choose MyProtein as it is available in 1 kg packs which I can then portion into smaller 200g tub for daily convenience, taking up less room in the kitchen and the remainder of the bag can be stored out of the way until I need to refill the pot. At the time of writing this review 1 Kg costs around 35 and will make 200 servings, making it an incredible value performance and endurance booster for those who have a physically demanding job or workout routine.
I've been using this supplement for over two months now & It goes without saying - Creatine really is a game changer. I started with a small cycle taking 10mg per day for 2 weeks then dropped this down to 5mg (one scoop) in my post-workout protein shake. On days I don't train I mix this in with my coffee or occasionally mix it with a fruit smoothie. This stuff mixes down really nicely and isn't gritty. I've noticed improvements in all aspects of my training. I can lift heavier, I have more energy and I can ERG harder & faster. For the price you can not beat this stuff.
I've only had this for a couple of days so I can't comment on any results yet, but thought I'd mention how it dissolves: I had some real issues in the beginning with it not dissolving at all. I found that adding slightly warm water made it dissolve instantly. I haven't tried other liquids yet but I assume at the least it would dissolve in anything warm. Could always dissolve it in a bit of warm water and add whatever cold liquid after. Taste is quite bitter but I personally don't mind it. Adding a bit of squash or mixing it with something else hides the taste quite well.

It's Creatine, good value, I'm happy. Probably the cheapest creatine you can get that is actually 100% Creatine. DAILY DOSAGE: Athlete Level training: 0.3g per kg of bodyweight (divided into 3 doses spread throughout the day) Casual training and to hold muscle mass: 0.03g per kg of bodyweight If you're taking this stuff for the first time, then you pretty much wanna double or even triple your dose for the first week, then you can start taking whatever you dose is. 0.03g per kg is enough to hold muscle and enhance your performance at the gym, if you're training at a higher level for prolonged periods of time, then you'll need 0.3g per kg to help speed up recovery and enhance your performance.
I've been taking creatine for about 3 months now and it's made a huge difference to my workouts. I've pushed through my plateau and am lifting heavier weights and recovering faster. I used to take capsules but find the powder a more convenient option as I'm not great at swallowing tablets! It has no taste so I find it works great stirred into porridge or oats after a workout. In the evenings I just add it to squash or water. Tends to settle so best to just down it or give it a good shake. Goes Well With: Water, porridge/ overnight oats
This Creapure.. been On and Off for last 6 months - when I do take it, the change is very noticeable. Both at the gym and when playing football. At the gym, I get extra reps and up the weights at a faster pace (in comparison to when not taking it) - energy levels last longer and feel more pumped too! Playing football, feel physically stronger and get bursts of energy when I need it most. I'm 5'8 at 11 Stone (sweet spot) and when taking it I average about 3L of water a day! Not including protein shake, yogurt or my usual coffee. Speaking of which.. this unflavoured Creapure really is hard to mix, not even with a blender! There will still be bits! Still worth it tho. I found that mixing it in my latte it will dissolve, tastes OK and hits A HELLA LOT HARDER TOO! I FEEL LIKE HULK AND READY TO "SMASH" IT! Highly recommend this if you want a major energy/physical boost! ps - take it daily, including rest days. Have a cool down period at some point. Research it. Goes Well With: Coffee, lots of water and a healthy diet.
