If you have and like the Nanlite 4 footers, the 8's are equally, if not more, impressive just by their size Yes, they're 8' tall!! The app makes operating these like the 4 footer's a blast. Funny but synching these to the app was much easier than with the 4 footers. Nanlite's tech support was amazing too. The lights are surprisingly light but ARE 8 feet tall! Yes 8 feet! I found myself banging into things not realizing just how long they were. Granted these are not Astera's (speed & cost) but close enough for what I want to accomplish. They work well with the floor stand too. One HUGE negative, no carry bag! Come on Nanlite now! For 2 grand, no carry/protection bag?? What's an extra $250 at this point?
