Quality is great, love the case, love the fixture design and the lighting is really great. Three stars because of two things: 1, most importantly, the app that makes the lights do all of the cool stuff will NOT recognize more than two of the fixtures. They simply do not exist according to the app. This is extremely frustrating and I've deleted the app several times to no avail. The second and less important con is that the lights do not stay on very long when on full intensity with colors. Maybe 20 minutes? That is far too short of a time duration. However on the dimmest setting they seem to last for more than two hours. I'm extremely disappointed in the inability to use all four tubes the way they were designed to be used, because they could be really great!

I previously wrote a three star review because I couldn't get the app to see the tubes, after some investigating, you must reset the bluetooth on the tube light itself. Do this by pressing and holding all three buttons until the tube blinks blue. After that, I could get the app to see all four. So perhaps when you get them, first thing you do is reset the bluetooth on all four and you will save yourself a few hours of frustration!

I'm a freelance videographer who's traveling at least 2-3 times a month. These Nanlite tubes have been easier on my travel and has enhanced my productions. The app makes it a thoughtless process when it comes to controlling the lighting. I wish I would have invested sooner in this light kit.
