the package came earlier than expected and in a good condition. the gummies taste good but much better if sugar content could be reduced to make it more a healthier ingredients. the size and dosage is good and I think it is of good quality. still observing the benefits of the gummies since I'm on my 1st week of taking it.

These are a very easy way of getting the supplements you need to improve the condition of your hair, skin and nails. They work I have had great results. Easy to chew and very tasty, I love the flavour. Once a day for convenience too.
The product is very different. Very tasty. I felt that my nails were stronger and I had less shedding. I was afraid of constipation because of the biotin and in this case it did not affect me because it is very individual.
These gummies are actually tasty. There are two different flavors. They don't stick or clump in the jar. I'm very satisfied with this product as it is difficult to find vegan gummy options.
