This is my third time buying this product. I have gluten sensitivity, and when I eat a lot of gluten, my stomach hurts a lot… I find that it works well and the ingredients really do help me digest wheat and dairy better.Supposedly, the pill works by releasing enzymes to help us digest wheat (protease/amylase/cellulase etc) and dairy (lactase) better! The pill is pretty tasteless most part and it is easy to swallow.I would recommend taking 3 pills if you’re eating a meal with loads and LOADS of gluten aka pasta/pizza/noodles!

I am very gluten intolerant, but I have found when eating out or accidentally ingesting gluten, this is a total lifesaver! (Asian food is generally the culprit). I mostly always avoid gluten but this is effective for dairy as well. For example on Thanksgiving, my mom made me gluten free stuffing but it had butter in it (even butter will bother my tummy). Thankfully, I had my bottle with me and took two capsules and had no symptoms at all. If I actually eat gluten, it will keep the cramping, fatigue, diarrhea, and joint pain to a minimum (or keep it from happening at all). Gluten Defense will also help you feel "more polite" when you feel you must just have one bite at a small dinner party. ;)

I've tried several brands of gluten enzymes, and these are some of the better. I have a strong intolerance to gluten and these enzymes can handle a small amount of gluten in the food. Of course, I found an even better gluten digestion formula, but they are too expensive. These enzymes are of very good quality / efficacy and affordable. They are my number 2 gluten enzymes.

The product helped me lots with my pregnancy goal. Since I was told that maybe I was an asyntomatic gluten intolerant (and that my natural killers were actually activated with gluten) and that maybe that was one of the causes of my infertility. Now I am a happy pregnant woman of two embrions (that weren’t attacked by my own defense cells) I love that it works for lowering lactose purposes too… since they inflammatory process had to be avoid in my treatment. Warning: I just take one pill once or twice a week. I’ve been trying to stay attached to my free gluten diet, but I take them when cravings for spaghetti or cake appears, or when I am in a family reunion and can’t say no to that special dish. Gluten gives me headaches rather than gut issues. With this product I can consume small amounts of gluten without suffering a headache. I keep a few in a container and take them everywhere I go in case I accidentally eat something I shouldn't or if I want to eat a small amount of food with gluten. It is especially useful at buffets where you can't tell for certain if something has wheat contamination or not. I wouldn't eat a whole donut with one pill, but with enough pills, maybe I could. I'm not brave enough to try. Overall, I love that this supplement is available.
This is an essential 'First Aid kit' product for those with coeliac disease/gluten intolerance and/or dairy intolerance. We carry it with us at all times in my coeliac family. Take as soon as you realise a gluten reaction is developing. Can work well to reduce impact of gluten/casien exposure, even several hours later. Highly recommended. Obviously coeliacs should NOT use this product to 'get away with' deliberately eating gluten.
I was having severe digestive issues years ago and had multiple tests done. Doctors believed I had either a gluten or soy intolerance. As a lifelong vegetarian, I refused to give up soy. So I insisted it was gluten. I found these pills and now I live pain-free. I swear by these to everyone. Gluten triggers zonulin production which opens up tight junctions and leaves us susceptible to leaky gut.
