It’s been harder and harder to get this. I hope that isn’t because they are going to discontinue it or change the formula again. There used to be just an energy and another regular one that I used to take. Then they merged them and made it men’s and women’s formula with no option of just the regular vitamin. I hated that they changed the last 2 formulas. They were better they way they were but settled for this one. Now they keep trying to replace it with the ultra potency. I like this better than the ultra potency, and still wish they never changed the formulas in the first place. I may have to find another brand if they discontinue this.

I recently started this supplement. There are approximately 19 tablets remaining. I must say that I noticed a definite increase in energy that allows me to get even more things done. I'm 52, 6 FT tall, and weigh 210 LBS. I do not drink coffee, I am very active. I take one tablet every morning at 4 AM. I am not fond of the taste, however I didn't buy these for flavor. I crush my tablet because I believe my body absorbs them easier and fully. I noticed that if I take this supplement without eating I will get slightly dizzy, therefore I firmly believe they should be taken with food, or eat immediately after taking them and that lounging around after taking them is not ideal. I recommend these supplements only for active men due to their high potency.

We live in a region where selenium deficiency is common and also iodine is insufficient in 80% of the population. I recently tried Nature's Way Alive! Men's Ultra Potency Multivitamin Tablets and I must say, it's absolutely fantastic. Not only does it provide all the essential nutrients I need, but it also has no artificial colors, which is a huge plus for me. The muscle function support and immune health support are just icing on the cake. The only downside is the number of tablets per bottle, as I wish there were more. However, that doesn't take away from the fact that these tablets are a game changer....
