It’s a tiny machine that makes espresso in seconds with no mess. What more could you want. I recommend this machine, which is not nearly as loud as people expressed in their reviews. Especially if time and space is a must. Or even if it isn’t, I have plenty of counter space and I love how small this is. I guarantee if you order this sight unseen, you’ll flip at how small a footprint this takes up. Just don’t buy this if you’re looking for a drip style coffee. This is an espresso machine and even though in descriptions people use the word coffee, it’s espresso and with that said you could make americanos. Always run the machine empty once or twice before each use to prime the pump so you get a clean, hot, and consistent size. I love it!

Disappointed with Performance. Will not jump start very weak batteries.

I was disappointed with the performance. This device cannot jump start a very weak battery. From my testing, the battery has to have some cranking amps available. The pre-charge function didn't help, nor did the over-ride option. It could not even jump start a dead lawn mower battery. If the battery has some amperage left, this device will jump start the vehicle, otherwise it's a no-go. Overall, not worth the money.

Don't give up if it doesn't work

First of all, I almost returned it because it did not work at all when I received it. I followed the troubleshooting guide but nothing worked. I called the number provided and after over 30 minutes of the very patient man over the phone having me do several factory resets if finally started working and so far after a week of using it daily I've had no issues. I guess if it's been sitting in a warehouse for a long time on it's side it can get air bubbles or something like that. Walmart has a 90 day return and I also registered this product and there is a one year warranty so hopefully it lasts. It makes the most delicious coffee! I use a drip coffee maker in the morning and the Nespresso is my afternoon pick me up! I love it. Easy to use and makes a really good cup of coffee

This is a neat little machine. I bought it to replace my old faithful - Breville Cafe series - machine. I have never had a capsule machine before, and wanted something quick and simple to use, that also makes a decent coffee - without spending a fortune. I did a lot of 'research' (looking online at Choice, Canstar etc etc) before I bought. This machine is recommended quite a lot. And it really delivers. I can't give it 5 stars as it's still a (wasteful) capsule machine, and I only realised after I bought it that the so-called 'biodegradable' capsules are not quite what they seem (needed to look into that a lot more, I think!). However, I'm now going to try completely reusable capsules, and see how it goes. Overall, I'm very happy with this machine.

Machine is great perfect espresso !

First to address an issue "coffee isn't hot enough " I felt this way when I first had a nespresso machine (gifted that one as the promotion of $150 credit makes a new one $50 not incl taxes.) The machine can give you approx 160 to 170F , ill tell you how i did below , once, I realised I'm making a drink that is ready to drink. It comes with a milk heater/frother because it's meant to go into or have added steamed or frothed milk/cream etc. I was adding to cold cream or milk. The other thing I didto make brew hotter: I run a empty small size capsule through it, this pre warms the water heating plate and water tubes in the machine ,resulting in a hotter drink. Although I pre warm my mug with tap hot water.I often wondered why they don't make machines anymore that are super hot. Could be McDonald's coffee lawsuit from early 2000s or higher Temps burn the coffee. IDK either way this is way better and cheaper than any chain coffee shop.I'm very pleased and Nespressos if by far the superior choice to the other brew at home under $500 machines. My dream is a fully automatic machine like the delonghi ones movie stat brad pitt advertises Delicio or something .Breville and Delonghi are two of the best brew at home mfgs and that's who makes nespresso . Very impressed. Capsule very fast and clean process. The brad p machine takes beans, and does milk the same as some nespresso ones . However this is a $200 product and the brad one costs almost 10x as much before you've had a single cup. My only wish is that the machines also made hot water for tea and hot chocolate.

Nifty coffee machine

Great and easy machine to use. Coffee is hot. The descaling process in booklet has difficult pictures to follow. The online video was easy to follow. It shows only a three second start to descale. The little prongs on the lid of the water tank at the back do not fit snugly into the slots of machine to secure the tank up top. The water tank itself sits correctly into the pump slot and does not fall out. The machine still works perfectly fine. This is my third machine in this model since 2015 and I am happy with this style.

Since 2016 ... still brewing. Recommend!

I've had my unit since Dec 2016 and still brewing like new. A nice deal popped up on Macy's that came with the frother, and I'm so glad I took that advantage. It has started showing its tantrums though, of leaking a bit more water after each use. The motor used to be louder some months ago but it's been back to normal. I've also purchased the mini, that too was another great deal and also came with the frother. Haven't used that yet but just incase the inissia fail on me which I don't see it coming anytime soon. But just incase. Definitely recommend. The Creatista is next on my list but that price needs to do better.

Very disappointed - can't make a single cup!

I purchased this item, had it in the box unopened and finally opened it after months.The first time I tried to use it no water came through the item. Trouble shooting this I suspect there is an air bubble air lock. I have tried over 5 different recommendations, spending hours trying to fix this. Tried Nespresso "chat bot" No resolution. The item is no longer returnable and I feel I have been robbed of over $250 for a dud product. Now I am stuck with all these pods that I purchased.
