🚬🚬This is my journey to stop #smoking 🚬I've been smoking around 30 a day for about 30 years now so after a few failed attempts in the past the time is right to stop permanently. I am now into my 6th week and in that time I have had only 25 cigarettes in total 😱😁 I joined the cessation course in my pharmacy that is free and lasts 13 weeks. My first week I tried the nicorette patches but unfortunately they were not great for me as my arm swoll up plus I had a rash. Where the patches were even 5 weeks down the line you can still see the redness and outline. Now that is just my reaction to the patches and should not deter anyone from trying this method. Just not for me.

Great product for stopping smoking those awful ciggies. The 16 hour time frame is a big thing, put them on first thing in the morning and remove at night for a more comfy sleep. Yep 5 stars

Great Quality, Exactly As Stated

Adheres really well as it will stay on during a shower and it is in fact 25mg released over 16 hours though there is more nicotine in the patch than that as it is just under 40mg which can be left on over night for a stronger dose; really wild dreams at that dosing overnight though.

Great fo quitting but cause arm cramps

I have managed to quit without feeling like Im angry/craving all the time. Ive been smoking and periodically trying to qyit for 17 years so Im very excited to have found something that works!The only negative is I find what ever arm or hip I put it on cramps, on the arms my joints ached and my muscle went tense. I looked it up and there is LOADS of people on the internet in forums complaining of the same symptoms but it's not in the brochure. I think it should be on the package as a side affect as it was quite worring untill I spoke to my doctor and my doctor said it was ok.

Older version was better

The patch is a hard plastic the older ones were softer and moved better. This crinkled there is any movement of the skin and comes off as the plastic is too hard.Sweat also moves it off.Please bring back the older patch it was a way better product, it stuck better and was a softer rubbery type plastic. This creases and it doesn't sit well

Patches gives me a horrible rash

I've tried Nicorette before and used the patches. It helped with cravings and smoked 2 a day compared to 17.Bought another pack of patches and it left marks on my arms (have patch marks to prove it) and yesterdays(05/01/21) it left a very blistered and red markNot to happy at the moment

Quit for Life

I have been using a combination of the Patches and Quick mist for the last 7 weeks I used the patches to Gradually ween myself of the Cigarettes' over 4 weeks until I stopped. Then began using Quick mist as well to help me with the cravings, Its been 3 weeks now since I've had a Cigarette. It wasn't easy but I could never have done it without your products and the help of a local Cessation nurse. I smoked Cigarettes' for over 35 years and now I have never felt better already Thank you. Really helping a long term smoker quit

If you’re trying/ trying again to quit I strongly recommend trying these.. from day one my smoking decreased dramatically, from about 12 per day to 3 or 4. I’ve hovered at 2 per day for the last few weeks and today only had 1! Can’t believe it!I’m bought some of the lower strength patches to try when this box runs out, hopefully will continue to have good results.I’m not out of the woods yet, all of the normal smoking triggers are there, but with these patches on i feel it’s a conscious choice if I have a ciggie instead of feeling that ‘need’

Slightest bit of sweat and they fall off.

I put a patch on and a few hours later when I mowed my lawn and slightly started sweating it fell right off. Considering this is a typical home activity this should not of occurred. The two stars are only cause of the price but I don’t think I will be buying again.
