I used my first XL pro 2-3 times a day for 3 years. Then the rear element back behind the fan shield burnt out. Bet ya didnt know that element existed. I could still do toast cause the infrared tubes in the cavity still worked but no longer could bake or airfry. I gave in and bought another. There is no fix or parts for these ovens. Easy to learn to cook it it. Just go by some recipes online. Or your regular oven recipes and use a separate thermometer to check for doneness temp for meat and bread. I bought this after my standard range/oven stopped heating above 410°, though the XL Pro Air Oven was originally bought as a stopgap I’ve not bothered replacing my “normal” oven as the Ninja works better than any oven I’ve ever used! …however it is extremely difficult to clean, indeed I can’t fathom how anyone is able to keep there’s looking new. I’ve tried many different cleaning methods from simple water and towel all the way to harsh chemicals and abrasive pads and have never been able to get it as clean as I can get a traditional oven. I wish Ninja would have made the interior of the oven with welded seams or somehow would have eliminated the gaps in the metal that make it so you can’t go crazy with liquid cleaners. Overall I love my Ninja XL Pro Air Oven, other than the difficulties cleaning it. ..one more thing, the booklet that comes with it should focus more on temps, times, and settings for various foods instead of recipes. I’ve never used a single recipe of theirs and have had to scour google to find other users recommend settings.
-I purchased the Ninja 10-1 Smart XL Air Countertop oven for roasting my Thanksgiving turkey. It works much better than I thought. Not only did it roast my turkey in half the time then it would have in an conventional oven,it was tender and juicie. The meat literally fell off the bone! I've also cooked a beef roast and had the same results! This oven is literally replacing my built in oven. The air fryers is great and it's healthier than traditional frying. This oven has proven to be more efficient and convenient than I thought. I would definitely recommend.

We made an 8lb chicken using the whole roast setting and OMG was that chicken juicy and delicious, even after 2 days, it was still so very good. By far the best whole chicken results I've seen.It also does really well for pastries. Bakes evenly and recommended temperature settings are on point.The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is that I'm not happy with the results for french fries and chicken wings. Takes a really long time and both come out too dry. I'm still trying to figure of how to improve these 2 items though.
