We have used this product regularly since last year and it was the fish oil we wanted. But the bottle we now have, as well as the one before it, both contain just one clump of gels stuck together. Carefully shaking, probing or bumping the bottle does not dislodge them easily. And the few capsules released are covered with oil, suggesting the capsules are leaking. We will not buy this product again until this problem is corrected.

I absolutely hate the smell or taste of anything that breathes water. However, I also value my health, so my odyssey to find a fish oil product that I could actually stand to take ended here with this product. I love that I do not have fishy-tasting burps after taking it. I love that it comes in a 120 capsule container. More value for the money and my husband and I only have to buy it once a month. Very convenient. I also have noticed improvements with my dry eye syndrome. I wasn't sure that it would have much impact on that and was pleasantly proven wrong.

We gave been taking thus product for years. This recent shipment was disappointing. Caps were clumped into a ball and have an unpleasant fishy smell. I hope it did not go rancid. In past, the caps had a lemony smell and did not clump. I managed to separate the caps by struggling to get them one by one out of the container. None was broken , so I did not return them. But I am highly disappointed. I Expected excellent quality for such an expensive product. The quality that it had in past. Unfortunately the company must have lowered its quality control or changed the formula. It is not what it used to be.

Part of a regiment of vitamins I was taking to bring my triglycerides down. I refuse to take prescribed medications. I went from 515 down to 87 in 90 days just by eating better, taking vitamins and no exercise. These vitamins are amazing…. I am going to use this same review for all the vitamins I take because I’m lazy and unoriginal. Haha. So if you see this same review later on another vitamin, it is legit.
Great value for a Superior product! Have been taking for years; and when switched to the Ultimate 2X, I take only 1 softgel a day, 5 times a week; take for overall wellness and while I never had Cholesterterol issues - the HDL & LDL values recently were great!! No fishy aftertaste. Eye health, joints and heart health: check, check and check!!

I love this brand and the high dose, and I’ve been taking them for years. However, lately the pills have been stuck together, and if you try to separate them, some break and make a nasty mess. I have a 13yr old boy whose been diagnosed ADD when he was in 3rd grade. He's been on Stratera and Vyvance medicine (nothing against or to promote them) but I have seen a tremendous change. As any other supplement, change does not come overnight, but over time. We started 2 years ago with this product and we've seen his grades coming from Cs, Ds, Fs to As and Bs. We have been very consistent with giving him the product and we have only seen positive side effects, like better analytical thinking, problem solving and the love for 500+ pieces Lego building. Thanks for offering such a good quality of product.
I have used your product for many years and have recommended it to other people, but I do not know what has happened to it. I recently ordered a bottle and it came in with the capsules leaking, and most of them were welded together, despite being stored in the refrigerator. I was sent a new bottle and I properly refrigerated it. I took a few out at a time to bring them up to room temperature so that I can swallow them. But now I find that these capsules are also leaky and they smell! I don’t know what has happened to your product but I don’t think that I will be purchasing it in the future.
I have a subscription for the Ultimate Omega 2X. Upon opening this last bottle, I found all the capsules in a hard clump. There is no lemon smell or taste because some of the capsules must have leaked. It is extremely difficult to get a capsule out of the bottle; it’s almost like they are glued together. I don’t want to use a knife or tool to separate them out of concern I’ll rip them open. When I do manage to get one out, my hands are covered with fish smell. The fish taste is really strong, too. I have been using Nordic Naturals for years for myself and my pets and never had something like this before. Very disappointing. Can you comp me a new bottle?
