I researched the various amino acid formulations and found that this one was the only one with the ratios that matched the recommended ratios from the big studies.I wanted to try them, but they were out of stock everywhere fo many months (COVID-19). Amino 9 tastes ok to me actually. I take it with a spoon directly into my mouth and just sort of make it melt, then after I chase it with some water. since it doesn't mix well otherwise this is the easiest way for me.I like everything. sweet good taste, good quality supplement. good ingredients good price, improved brain function. part of my diet. Good size and dosage. I definitely notice some benefits with this composition, package, age, concern, no hemp here. just buzz words sorry.

I wanted to add amino acids to my diet to help regain lost muscle mass. It is too early to tell. However, I want to give you all a tip. This powder would not mix well. It was also really bitter. I found a way. I add a little lemon juice, and I blend it in my Nutribullet for 15 seconds. Mixed and tasty.

It is excellent quality as other people reviewed. I used to be so weak and could not do weight training even though I wished so many times and so long. But I could not increase my meal due to lack of enzyme to digest. After much research, I understand EAA is excellent for such weak people and efficient to observe nutrition, then gain energy to do exercises.
I love that this product has zero additives - I got exactly what I asked for. However, I failed to believe the reviews about the taste and difficulty mixing it with liquids. I THOUGHT that I could add this to a favorite flavorful hot or cold beverage and it would taste okay. I have to say, forcing this down is a struggle. It is SO BITTER! And it floats to the top in dry little clumps. The only way it's even bearable is if I put it in a bottle with stevia and a frozen cube of lemon juice and shake the daylights out of it. I doubt I'll be a repeat customer unless I can figure out some other flavors that work! I'm all in favor of capsule form if they start producing that!
This product is present in my intra-workout. I can perform well during my workout. With these amino acids, I see a difference in the development of strength, endurance, and muscle recovery. I really recommend this product, the quality is indisputable.But the taste of the product is not the best. I know that the product has no additional flavor, but you have to adapt your palate to consume it.
This is a great quality mix of essential amino acids, with no added or bulk ingredients, at a good price. The taste is not great but not as bad as some of the other reviews would have you believe. I drop a scoop straight into my mouth and drink about 8 ounces of water to wash it down, a little salty/bitter but not bad. Helps to have a digital scale to measure out a suggested serving of 5.6 grams.
First of all, I’m not by any means demeaning this product’s effectiveness! What I am doing is letting all who read this know that it’s the foulest tasting substance I’ve ever put in my mouth! If you buy it, be prepared to sweeten it with a sweetener of your choice or add it to other things! Even when mixed, it “shines through!” Buyer beware!
I love the composition of the 9 essential amino acids and that these are the ONLY ingredients. It is PURE AAs and nothing else. The size is good but the price is a bit high. I bought these because I really needed the histidine for myelin repair, and the amount of histidine in this product was very high compared to every other product I checked out. I didn't find a histidine supplement on its own so I opted for this one. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the bitter taste. I could only take half the amount recommended in juice, shake it VERY well, and take twice a day instead of once.
