The taste is different from refined sugar. The best wat to use for me is preliminary dissolve erythritol in liquid. I used it is drink and while baking and I like to result, but the major issue for me - understand how much of erythritol should be added for the taste that I, personally, like. I do feel that there is not such rush in the body when using erythritol as after refined sugar, but still I try to use as little of erythritol as I can. For now this is the best sweetener for me on the market and this very product I have already been purchased several time and will proceed purchasing. Th size of the pack is big enough for me to use it for several months.
