Ive been taking this supplement for nearly a year now. I started taking it while I was on accutane as my joints were starting to hurt from it. I did notice a difference within about two weeks of taking it. My knees were the main problem, as they were aching when I would get out of bed in the morning. Ive even noticed less knee pain after doing a big day hike or backpacking trip. Although the directions say to take at night, I take one every morning with the rest of my supplements and I find they work great! I had about a month gap in taking them recently between running out and ordering more and I definitely felt the difference.
Iām middle aged with deteoriating clicking knees and some pain when using stairs. Now almost at the end of my first bottle per reccomended dosage and there is gradual improvement and benefit seen. This should be coupled with exercise or physio to strengthen the right leg muscles for best effect.
