For a tendency towards low blood sugar: 300 mg B6, 1000 mg magnesium, and folic acid/folate at the rate of age times 100 mcg. This combination always seems to work fast for me, for low blood sugar problems (and for type 1 morning sickness, which is caused by a low blood sugar issue.) Within 3 days of getting on these high doses, my blood sugar stabilizes. I like that these are high dose capsules, so I don't need to swallow too many pills for this protocol. A couple of these together with a high dose B complex solves my B6 issue. I also like the high capacity bottle so I don't run out quickly.

This pill is very easy to take. It's a capsule that's has a pretty small size. It has not taste. I chose this supplement because I like the Now brand and have other supplements by them. They have quality ingredients.
