These gave me great energy. The downside being that I would wake up at 4am and not be able to get back to sleep. Took me weeks to come right and then was off them for a week when I ran out and the early wake ups started again once I got back on them. Such a shame as they made me feel good during the day.

I had been paying way too much for various brands, which meant having to decide which were more important, because I just could not afford to take all of the ones I wanted to. Wish it didn't have D3 in it, but it is only 200iu, so until I find another product that has the same minerals profile, this is the minerals that I give to my family. I realized that we all need to be getting iodine and selenium because we have not been eating iodized salt for 10 years! I am a thyroid patient, so I have learned the importance of those two minerals. Plus, I want that extra assurance of at least a small dose of the other minerals that are contained in this formula. I bought 3 bottles and will keep using it until I find something very similar that I like better for some reason. Overall, pretty happy with it.
I was having a hard time getting my Hubby to get all the minerals he needs, He doesnt like taking a lot of pills. So this one helps with that. He doesnt have any issues swallowing them and no upset stomach as long as he takes them with food. With the NOW brand being of good quality I feel this is a good choice.

Spent a great deal of time researching to find a product that does not have folic acid or iron.Ordered these and have found that they give me an upset stomach and diarrhea, could itjust be a coincidence?, well I have not made any other changes to my diet but as soon as Istopped these I was fine.Waited a week then tried again, same effect, so no good for me, soon as I stopped O.K. again.My guess is it is the potassium in these as I have found in the past medicines containingpotassium have the same effect, however I can't say for sure what the cause is.Very dissapointed as all the other products I have bought from Now and I-herb have been great
