I was advised to use inositol by a psychiatrist. I use it because I think it helps with my anxiety. I don't ever taste this product. I put about a teaspoon into my water jug in the morning. The doctor says I should use 2 teaspoons but I have only been doing one. It also helps with nail and hair growth. I know that this can also be used to curb sugar cravings. This probably helps my nervous system and metabolism. I think the quality of this brand is pretty good.

I love inositol powder. Product quality is excellent. The powder tastes like powdered sugar and is easy to take. I took 4 for 4 months as directed by a doctor. Mood improved, irritation decreased, sleep and memory improved. Hair and skin look healthier. According to its effectiveness, inositol powder can be called miraculous. The result is very pleasant, even the nervous system also became normal.

Tastes like icing sugar, but like half as sweet. Heard heard about a lot of benefits for sleep, cellular health and brain health, and metabolism. Haven't used it long enough to experience results, but I use other NOW products in their bulk form (NAC, Glycine, Magnesium bisglycinate) in combination with it, and I appreciate that they are in a bulk powder form with nothing added.

I'm taking this powder for PCOS to combat insulin resistance. Unfortunately metformin did not work for me, and ovasitol is too expensive, so I have using NOW brand to see if it will make a difference. The recommended dose is 2 g per day, split into morning and evening. You can put the powder in your mouth and drink water to wash it down, or mix it with water.
