It makes my hair super soft and that’s a plus for me because I have very thin hair and it gets tangled easily ! The keratin and argan oil give a nice, mild conditioning quality to it. There's that phase when washing it out that it has that 'slick' feel - there's conditioners out there that leave your hair feeling slick no matter how freaking long you rinse it. Hate that. Left with the flat mat of hair afterwards. And again, this is different. You rinse for a bit, yep, slick. But shortly thereafter, the slickness is gone - but there's also not that 'squeaky' clean stripped feel. It just feels ...nice. Natural.

I used to use this brand pretty exclusively. I liked the scents of the product and it seemed to cleanse my hair nicely. I liked it until I noticed that my hair was drastically thinner compared to the start of me using their products. I stopped immediately and within months my hairs started growing back and filling back in. I worked in the beauty industry at the time and had many friends that used their products and noticed the exact same issue with hair loss. It’s not worth it. Do not use these products. There’s so many better products out on the market in this price range.

Beautiful results

I was extremely impressed after using this! I am 44 years old and my hair is getting thinner and thinner by the day. I usually don't like to spend a lot on shampoo and conditioner, not that this is expensive, but more than I usually spend. I LOVE the results. My color treated hair is SO soft and shiny!! It looks much thicker too. I only used it once so I'll have to update the results after a few months! I'm hoping my hair gets thicker. We shall see!!

Best shampoo Brand

Great Product! I'm allergic to most every shampoo... So much sulfate and phosphorus in so many other brands.... Its a biowaste war in most other brands even top medicated brans burns my scalp. Not OGX.... Nature sourced derived ingredients you got a great product... Even the lather(foam, not liquid itself) is gentle enough on eyes to use it on pets.... Wont get rid of fleas but will pamper a pet! Amazing product of WHOLE family

Causing hair loss??

Okay, so I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner religiously for about a year, and I never really put two and two together but I’ve been losing a LOT of hair each time. My friend told me there’s a class action law suit against OGX currently due to their products causing hair loss! I know it’s normal to lose some hair in the shower, but I wash my hair every 2-3 days or so, and I brush my hair every day (it’s fine to begin with so I don’t have much extra). Didn't work for me

This did not work for my hair. I have very fine, long hair (and a lot of it), so heavy/creamier products often leave my hair feeling greasy and weighed down, but wanted to try this as the ends of my hair were quite dry. This shampoo also left a waxy coating on my hair. Like some other reviews, I noticed more hair shedding while using this product which stopped immediately upon switching to a different product. While I wouldn't go so far as to call it hair loss, it was concerning enough to throw this in the trash as soon as I realized it was the culprit. This may be a great shampoo for some people but I would strongly recommend you proceed with caution and watch for any new or increased hair loss while using this.

Most hydrating shampoo ever! Even reduced my hairfall greatly!

I have been using the OGX series of shampoos and conditioners for about 2 years now and this is my absolute #1 favourite among shampoos. I had severe anxiety during my grad school days and I also suffered bouts of dengue and chicken pox. These things together flushed out all nutrients from my body and I thus was left with Talogen Effluvium, which is a temporary form of hair loss that takes place when the body undergoes shocks. I was losing about 300-800 strands on my worst days and had developed quite some bald spots over my head. I began using this shampoo and conditioner in August 2019 along with Argan, Onion, Rosemary and Tea Tree oil treatments. It reversed my hair loss in about 6 months and I began growing new hair again. I began using Johnson and Johnson's OGX Anti Breakage Keratin Oil Shampoo and Conditioner 5/2/2021 and since then my hair has broken off. I have stopped using the shampoo and conditioner at the beginning of July after 4 people commented on my hair getting shorter and shorter. Nothing has changed with my diet, hair regimens, or hair products EXCEPT for the OGX Anti Breakage Keratin Oil. My friend told me about how OGX is currently in a law suit for HAIR LOSS. My hair was so damaged from a bad stylist bleaching it incorrectly for about 3 or 4 months (I maintain a platinum blonde hair color) I literally lost 4+ inches off my hair due to breakage.
