Perfect tablet to draw, as well as play osu! which is my main reason for buying. No hardware smoothing makes it way easier to hit jumps and anyone looking for a tablet to play osu! cannot overlook this. Pen is a bit mediocre, plasticky and light, but for osu! it doesn't really matter.

Baulked at some of the higher prices for other drawing tablets, but this wee one proved to be both larger than I expected, and exactly what I needed to start digital drawing. The pen buttons are a bit on the awkward placement side (I keep pressing them by accident) but just keybind them to nothing if you don't want to use them, and the ability to do lag-free paint strokes is indispensable.Really good, basic try-out tool to see if digital art is for you!

While the table is a good little unit as you would always expect from a wacom product, It does have 1 fatal flaw, in that it is unable to consume caffeine, at least from coffee. Was a short and sweet relationship shared with the tablet before the wife spilled coffee on it today and I guess worst case scenario I'll have a spare stylus for the next one I'll be sure to buy if the thing doesn't come right after a few days in the hot water cupboard. Its affordable and does the job perfectly, just has that drinking problem mentioned earlier.

Brought for my 14 year old son to use with his chrome book and so far, he has been enjoying the use since we got it 2 months ago. He says that the pen is good and easy to use, and that it was super basic to install a drawing program from the app store. The online purchase experience was simple, pick up same day, and amazing value for a robust product. The only thing I would say is that it would have been great to have a 2x per person limit as opposed to the 1, as my husband had to log in separately to buy one for our other child.

I purchased this for my note-taking and studying this year and safe to say, buying this for that function is the best decision I could've made!It connects quickly, set up is easy and it does not take long at all to get used to. It comes at such an affordable price and it has so many uses. This saved me from purchasing a whole new iPad and I am so glad that I had found this. 11/10 highly recommend.

Good price, design, just works. On linux can set the display it controls rather than all monitors at once and also what the buttons do (xsetwacom). Haven't used one before, works as expected.

I use this tablet mainly for playing osu!, with only a moderate amount of general use and a tiny amount of art, so I cannot comment on its usefulness as an art tool.First off, I have no problems with the surface, however I have bought a tablet cover as the nibs run out too quickly. This should not be an issue unless you are playing 3+ hours a day. This is also only relevant if you press hard, like I do.The size is absolutely fine for me, as I use about a quarter of it, but if it is too small for you there is a larger version that is exactly the same, just, you know, larger. The tablet has a polling rate of 135 hz, which is perfectly good for high speed gaming. Other brands sport higher rates, like 260+ hz, but it doesn't affect gameplay in any way.The software ... MoreI use this tablet mainly for playing osu!, with only a moderate amount of general use and a tiny amount of art, so I cannot comment on its usefulness as an art tool.First off, I have no problems with the surface, however I have bought a tablet cover as the nibs run out too quickly. I was after a drawing tablet for hobby art so did not want to spend a fortune. This tablet was available at a reasonable price and does what I want very well. I am now able to draw easily on Photoshop on my PC. The only con was me getting used to using this kind of tablet but now it is second nature (just like learning to drive, after a while you don't need to think about it anymore). I know this is an older tablet, but that suited me because I did not want to spend over the higher amount for a new model and did not want to go secondhand. I got it for a fair price. It did not ship with the software that comes with the new models, but as an Adobe Creative Cloud subscriber, I use Photoshop and Lightroom anyway.

Terrific first pen tablet for older teens

We just bought this and my 16 year old daughter who is artistically inclined has used this most enthusiastically. It is very handy for all sorts of uses - school and art/leisure. The only downside is that the stylus tip seems to wear quite quickly which may explain why it came with a few spare tips. Highly recommended.

great first time digital art tool

for a first digital tablet i am glad i went with wacom. it is a small tablet but i have small hands and have had no issues so far, digital art lends itself to not needing to go edge to edge anyway. it legitimately feels as smooth as pen to paper, and the software is simple and easy to use.Just make sure to not lose your spare nibs or nib changer tool, keep them somewhere safe because theyre tiny and easy to lose!
