The Opinel No. 10 is a luxurious pocket knife with a stainless steel blade and a beech handle. The blade is made of Sandvik 12C27 steel, this steel is stainless thanks to an addition of chrome. The knife is sharpened in an exclusive Yagatan profile, this profile guarantees a strong blade and gives the possibility to sharpen easily and efficiently. The size of the blade makes it suitable for cutting branches and processing dense/solid materials, for example. The handle is made of beech wood, a hard wood that lasts a long time. In addition, the handle is treated to protect it against dirt and moisture. Finally, between the handle and the blade is Opinel's own 'Virobloc'. This safety ring ensures safety during and outside use. Like the rest of the knife, this ring is also made of stainless steel.
