I bought 3x boxes recently of this Vanilla flavour Protein Plus and well what can I say? Absolute heaven! I'm one of those who have tried every protein shake and powder going from those huge tubs to pouches and sachets. All normally have that horrible protein flavour and weird aftertaste but not this Vanilla, it is so delciously rich and creamy, like a perfect blend between custard and a vanilla milkshake! They keep me full all day long, and it's a pleasure to drink I look forward to them everyday. Most importantly, as someone who is clinically obese and has PCOS, they helping me rapidly lose weight and all the vitamins and goodness in it are making me feel so healthy and full of energy, slowly healing my body from it's ailments. Far and away my favourite optifast product. Lovely raster and satisfying. I always whip mine up in my portable blender with ice. It feels indulgent!

The vanilla shakes taste just like ice cream, they are not too sweet, unlike some other makes, so you do not tend to get fed up with them. You only have to add 200 ml of water in order to make them up, and they mix really well. If you use very cold water they seem to thicken up and taste even better. In an ideal world, they would be a longer drink as 200 ml doesn't go very far, but I am extremely pleased with them and the number of calories in them and the added protein. Weight loss has been so much easier using these shakes, I do not suffer from hunger pangs and taken alongside a healthy diet has meant I have been able to carry on with exercising and working whilst losing weight. This is the best weight loss shake I have tried.

This is a really smooth, rich chocolate shake. Helps me to resist chocolate cravings. It's a fantastic bonus that I am losing weight too! This is a highly recommend shake.
The chocolate shakes are lovely and very filling. I replace two meals a day (breakfast and lunch) and I have noticed that I haven't wanted to snack inbetween. What I like most about these shakes is how thick it gets, the flavour reminds me of angel delight (probably why I am enjoying them so much). I do add ice In to my shake which I prefer. Have already recommended a couple of people to this product and they love them too. By replacing two meals and having a healthy dinner I have so far lost 6ibs in 2 weeks, which I'm happy with.
This vanilla flavour is not my favourite but it's easy to add flavours to it like coffee. I prefer a little more water and crushed ice, All this protein is helping me consistently loose a weight every week. So happy with that.
These shakes are thick and taste great. Better than others I’ve tasted before. I have a sensitivity to lactose but these I have managed to tolerate due to the higher protein content and lower lactose levels. Slow but steady weight loss over the last 4 weeks. Replacing breakfast and lunch with these has worked well for me. Have been pleased with the results so far.
This is THE most delicious protein drink i've ever had - and i'm one of those people that has tried every protein powder going, all the big tubs/pouches/sachets. And absolutely none come close to this delicious Vanilla Protein-Plus. Finally there's a healthy drink for weight loss that tastes delicious (like custard and a vanilla milkshake!) and doesn't have any strange powdery protein taste or aftertaste. The weight loss has started for me already in just over a week. Highly, highly recommend
Very impressed by the Protein Plus chocolate shake! The taste took a couple of days to get used to - in my experience, all protein shakes are not exactly yummy- however, after a few days it tasted fine and I am definitely losing weight….. The main benefit for me is the high quantity of protein (28g), which means that I am honestly not hungry for approx five hours after drinking the shake. I would definitely recommend this particular shake as a substitute for one of your meals - I am using it as a replacement for my lunch.
I have had Optifast in the past, very successfully, however, since becoming ill with Heart & Lung Disease, I have put so much extra weight on with Steroids, I’ve been unable to shift the water from right heart failure and I know this does shift it-for ME. NOT a medical review as each person needs to check with clinicians if they are poorly. I LOVE the Vanilla & Chocolate ones. I ordered the banana ones last time, as love banana shakes, but I really didn’t take to them. I don’t like any of the soups or the higher protein shakes, because as a Supertaster I taste everything different to the usual products that I order! Thank you Opti-Taste-Fast shakes.
