Origins - Ginzing Ultra-Hydrating Energy-Boosting Cream - 50ml

I have been using this moisturiser for 3 years now and it is amazing! I have used many different brands in the past but nothing compares to it. It leaves your skin feeling super hydrated and fresh. I combine with the ginzing face wash, serum and mask. I also love the origins high potency night-a-mins resurfacing night cream this is a much richer intense cream that I use at night.

I received this product complimentary from Origins and Bzzagent in exchange for my honest review. This is the new original shade of their new and improved formula. I'm really loving this eye cream. It's only been a week since I started using it twice a day, and I can already tell a huge difference in my dark circles and under eye puff/wrinkles. It doesn't have much of a scent to it, which is good for those with perfume allergies. The shimmer to this product gives you that immediate brightening effect. It helps your eyes appear more awake and brightened. I can't wait to see how much improvement there is after 4 weeks of use. I recommend this product to my friends and family. I love the cream-to-gel texture of Origins GinZing. It has a light, natural yet energetic scent to it. It helps soften and brighten the complexion, and deeply nourishes dry and/or dull skin. Because of the way this cream sinks into the skin, it's suitable for all seasons and won't cause greasiness in the Summertime. Honestly I received it in a subscription box originally, but now it's one of my favourite moisturizers!

Best moisturiser cream ever!!!!!!

I have been using this cream for years. Its the best and works amazing for me I apply day and night and my skin has such a glow to it, I noticed a difference after a few days of using it when I first started. It hydrates and leaves you with an amazing glow, my skin has improved sk much with this cream. It sits amazing under makeup and SPF. I often pair it with the matching tinted moisturiser. This works so much better than the gel version they have brought out. I tried that and it left my skin feeling tight and it clumped under makeup and broke me out! Please do not discontinue the ginning cream moisturiser!! It's the best of the best, highly recommended. I have normal/ combination skin for reference

Clumps up. Not hydrating enough

I have been an Origins customer for the past 30+years, and I am sorry to say that this cream doesn't do what it says. I cannot wear make up over it. It clumps up and comes out as i apply my foundation. Not to repeat other reviews, I agree with all the 2 stars😐. More than anything I am very disappointed at Origins for discontinuing Make a Difference Ultra Rich Rejuvenating Cream. Why? It was super hydrating and it worked perfectly under male up, giving a glow to my skin. Years ago they discontinued Constant Comforter as they have some others. I cannot find another moisturizer in their line that works well. I hate leaving Origins behind. I wish I didn't have to.

Complete best wrinkle remover ever

I joined the community as a public service announcement for how good this cream is. I never buy any cream twice as I always feel there is something better for my aging wrinkling, large pore, dry but easily clogged skin. This is fantastic. I have now bought it for the third time. Do not buy the gel version it is not moisturizing enough and I had to return it. It may make your skin a touch red so sunscreen is a must as with any vitamin C product but I realize there is nothing like this for making my skin look WAY younger. Wrinkles pretty much disappear almost on the first use. The nice thing is you can try it in the store and not have to order it to know if it works for you. It sounds like a too good to be true review but I have literally wasted thousands on creams. I don't want to mention that it made me slightly red because then you might keep looking but honestly the touch of red is sooooo worth it to be 10 years younger. People need to try this. I wasted so much money at creams at sephora before finding this, drunk elephant no, squalane oil themed creams no, clinique redness no, clarins oil no, josie maran whipped pretty excellent but not as good as this, origins planscriptions is garbage, anyway too many to list but you get the idea. I hope this helps someone else in their 40s who thought nothing could be done for their wrinkles. I'm shocked that this doesn't mention wrinkle removal in the description!

Finally found a GinZing product for me!!!!

I have psoriatic arthritis so my skin is very dry. I used to use the oil free ginzing moisturizer gel but I found my skin to feel tight and dry after using it. It was disappointing because I LOVE the smell of these but I needed more moisture. THIS boosting cream is amazing!! Skin finally has the moisture it needs and I still get to enjoy this smell and origins products that I love. Similar consistency to Night-A-Mins which I use as a night moisturizer. KEEP THIS PRODUCT GOING for those of us with very dry skin!!!!

I ADORE this face cream

I normally opt for organic facial oils for hydration, but decided to try different creams for days that I am wearing makeup since the oils make my makeup "melt". I've tried simple ones and fancy ones. This is my favorite. I now use this every morning and oils at night, rather than just on makeup days. I apply a rose water mist prior to the cream to lock in that moisture. For the reviews that say it isn't hydrating... maybe they aren't using enough product. I use about a nickel sized amount most days. If my skin is peeling from retinol then I may apply a little more on the extra dry areas. My skin absolutely glows with this added to my skincare routine.

Nightly staple

I absolutely love this moisturizer! I use it every night on my hands before I go to sleep. It absorbs really well without being greasy, and it smells beautiful…like oranges. I don’t use this moisturizer on my face, though. (I don’t think it’s meant to be a face cream). I’m deducting one star for over-packaging. The container which houses this moisturizer is an unnecessarily thick, non-recyclable plastic. (Shame on you, Origins! Please switch to a recyclable container. I feel terrible every time I throw one of your containers in the trash).

Would not buy again

Used this up during the summer. I love the smell it's like an orange creamsicle. However, the cream makes me peel with 15 minutes. It's like once i put it on i cant touch my face at all. Tried putting makeup on with a brush and the moisturizer just made the makeup powder clump up. Throughout the day i was worried i would accidentally touch my face and then look like a peeling mess.It didn't make my skin breakout thankfully, but at the same time I'm weary of its moisturizing benefits if it's just sitting on top of my skin waiting to be rubbed off. Also, it is very thick in my opinion and i wake up feeling oily even though my skin is usually dry. If u really do want to try out this product, i recommend using it only in the winter/colder weather.
