Iām an RN and worked for a Dermatologist who recommended using Palmerās close to 20 years ago for my lifetime Florida love the sun lifestyle. I have used it everyday since. It has gone through name changes and each time I panic. I have had 2 actinic keratosis and only one squamous cell on my eyelid. The alpha/beta hydroxy is what dermatologists recommend, if they donāt want your business! I have tried just lactic acidosis and the odor and feel on your skin is not pleasant. This never interferes with my perfume and dries to a non-greasy state. It also stays on quite a while even when in the pool. My skin is smooth and without ābumpsā. PLEASE Palmerās, donāt ever quit production.

I bought this instead of Alpha Hydrox body lotion because the shipping costs to my country are quite high. After reading many reviews and checking the ingredients I was pretty sure I can't miss with this product.Unfortunately I'm quite disappointed.1. It's not suitable for dry skin at all. Not nourishing at all and not very hydrating.2. The scent is so strong and lingering ā and in general I'm not even sensitive to scents! Can only apply it in the evening because otherwise all clothes would really smell and it would also interfere with the perfume. Iām here to say the scent is not as bad as people say. Smells citrusy and goes away pretty fast. I got it to use for exfoliating my rough skin (chicken/strawberry legs) as AHAs and salicylic acid are the best solution for it which this product has and I will benefit from it. I tried to get the percentages from Palmers by email but they said " the exact percentage is proprietary to Palmerās". Size, ingredients composition, texture, quality and packaging is perfect. Best for summer season as its not thick enough to moisturize in winter. Will update once i start seeing results which Iām sure of.

During that time, it cleared up a couple rough places on both index fingers that I always get in the winter or from doing too many dishes. What a great lotion! It does have a āsunburn alertā stating it may increase your skinās sensitivity to the sun. Living in the desert I am mindful of always looking for shade when out and about. The only time I felt a sensitivity to the sun was when I was driving and the sun was hitting me through the windshield. The label suggests sunscreen for those using the lotion when exposed to sun. I would highly recommend this lotion for the winter months when skin is dry, scaly and covered by clothing. The lotion is rich and luxurious. I was really excited to try this lotion because I love all of the other palmers products I use. However, I noticed when I opened the bottle, it had a super strong and odd fragrance. I was not expecting this because the rest of the products I have used have nice mild scents. I was hoping once I put this product on my skin that the fragrance would mellow out but instead it has stayed just as strong and fragrant as when I sniffed it from the bottle. I would be cautious if you are sensitive to fragrances ā I could definitely see this scent giving someone a headache!
