Paula's Choice Resist Advanced Replenishing Toner (118ml)

I was gifted the resist advanced replenishing toner by Paulas choice & I have been using it day and night. Right off the bat I love the consistency of the product. I was expecting a liquid formula and it is more creamy/gel-like. It is a milky color. I like to apply it directly to my hands and tap into my skin as part of my daily skin care routine. A little bit goes a long way. I immediately noticed my skin felt hydrated and smooth. I do feel it plumps you my skin making it look more hydrated. It makes applying my skin care routine refreshing while allowing my other products to soak into my skin. I have not noticed any dry patches on my skin now that the winter weather has settled in. I really love this product!

I have dry/mature skin and am always looking for ways to hydrate and moisturize my skin. It goes through different phases just like the seasons, so I have to adjust as needed. I do use toners for cleaning, exfoliating, and definitely for hydrating. This is a brand I trust and seem to always get great results. The texture was a bit thicker than the typical toners and had a milky color. I did both cotton balls and just applying with my hands. I loved the way my skin felt softer and hydrated. It helped my dull skin feel nourished and look plumper. This is perfect for my dry skin and perfect for the winter season.

I have been using tretinoin for a few weeks now so my skin has had some trouble with breakouts and increased dryness. This toner has definitely been helpful as something to help my skin barrier and give extra hydration. I use this morning and night and it hasn’t irritated my skin, even healing acne and cracked areas that are sometimes prone to stinging when using products. I like the texture because it isn’t too watery, more milky, so you can pour just the right amount without wasting. It feels smooth and not oily on the skin, absorbs easily, and gives a little extra softness before applying heavier moisturizer.
