Didn’t work for me unfortunately. I’m now taking Harmony Menopause which is my original choice but was out of stock. Went straight in the rubbish after a week.

These tablets were great to help with the hot flushes. I tried all the other over the counter menopause tablets & none of them worked, except this one. I'ts well worth the cost.

I switched to this brand but have yet to feel it’s effectiveness. It’s disappointing that it’s suggested that it may take up to 60 days use before the product starts to work in your system. I am a few weeks into using this product but may need to switch to a faster acting product. In the meantime I am still suffering from the symptoms that this product is supposed to alleviate.

The only thing I have tried that stops hot flushes completely.I can't love without my promensil.
I have used this for 10 years and I get though my day with no issues. Just love this product

Very good for alleviating night sweats and anxiety.
Very happy with this product got results sooner than I thought it would .
I was skeptical, but after just 2 weeks I noticed a decrease in nights sweats, which were bad. Hot flushes decreased also. I was desperate so I highly recommend trying to help with symptoms. I had no noticeable side effects.
Menopause can be so debilitating. Promensil has really taken the edge off those uncomfortable hot flushes!
