After nearly going around the bend with sleeplessness (waking up so many times I lost count), hot flushes day and night, irritability, anxiety and forgetfulness. I decided to try these herbal supplements to treat my menopausal symptoms I’ve only been on them now for 6 days and I’ve already noticed a drastic reduction in my hot flushes, I feel less anxious and irritable and get a much better nights sleep. I’ll keep taking them as they’ve really helped me through this horrendous peri menopause/ menopause time. Highly recommend if you don’t want the cancer risks of taking HRT.

Works well. Reduced the hot flushes from virtually constant to almost nine at all. Much better than the more well known brand of the same kind of tablet. Only negative is having to take 3 a day and the taste is not the best. But worth it for the results.
I purchased these as suffering relentless hot flushes day and night. I was very hopeful for this product but to be honest I don't think I will take them for long enough to see if they work since they taste vile, absolutely disgusting and I'm sure they probably leaving a lingering smell on your breath too. Even before they hit your tastebuds you can smell them. It's the daytime ones which smell horrible, the nighttime one is OK.
I’ve been suffering for 8 years with menopause, hot flushes, night sweats, not sleeping (getting worse with time). I was desperate and this was recommended at a pharmacy. It takes a good 6 weeks to show signs but my symptoms have reduced and I am sleeping better. I would recommend this product.
I had been really struggling with peri menopause sweats for a while. I had been taking Harmony Menopause for about 2 years so tried the Day and Night combo instead. It took nearly 3 months for the benefits to be felt but now, apart from the hot weather, I haven't had any hot flushes in over 2 months. At the same time I did start using The Herb Farm Wild Yam cream and feel they have both helped relieve my symptoms.
I've been using this product for month's and I have to say it littlery saved my life. Soon as I hit 50 I had every symptom of menopause. I was sweating non stop and the hot flushes were unbearable I sank to a bad low. After taking this after a while the symptoms lessened and I felt so much better than last summer. I was having frequent hot flashes and had to push off all the covers several times a night. It took a few weeks, but the hot flashes have pretty much entirely stopped. Sleeping better too. Have repurchased several times and will keep repurchasing. Vitasave's prices and customer service are excellent.
