Great for working core and stability muscles. I find I use it much more than I thought I would. I use it for any exercise that requires me to kneel as well as adding difficulty to other exercises. It comes with a pump which is an added bonus.

Great for Vestibular/Balance rehab. A Stability Disc was recommended by my Physiotherapist as the next challenge in my rehab program. It was definitely a step up for improvement in my balance and also really works out muscle groups during basic squats, leg raises etc whilst balancing!Really impressed. PTP seemed to be a better quality disc after looking at a few before purchasing my one from Rebel.

One of these was recommended to me as a useful tool ton help combat some posture issues while working from home. I use it both sitting (for my core):and standing (stability). This is a good quality, sturdy product. The pump supplied is also useful!

I was introduced to this type of stability disc through my chiropractor. It makes otherwise “easy” exercises like crunches and plank very challenging. For me anyway. 🙃 Besides that, the quality is good. The price was reasonable. Overall, very pleased!
Love the stability Disc. Purchased it for my son when he is doing some school work and he can not sit still. He loves it and it helps him to focus more on his work when standing on it especially when standing on the massage nodules. Im going to get another for me to use at work. It also comes with some exercises that you can do using the disc.
The pump provided is very flimsy and we took back to the store for a replacement. The initial staff member also couldn’t make it inflate and reported it was meant to be this deflated. Another staff member did eventually get it to work by extending the pump in further. Time will tell if this is possible on another occasion. I would not recommend this product.
This arrived yesterday. No instructions as to the trick to get it to inflate though I tried so many times. Now I’ve managed to inflate it just keeps deflating every time any pressure is put on it??Trick? Make sure the pump needle is pushed all the way in to pump. No idea how to stop it from deflating.
Bought this stability disc in order to do some exercises given to me by my physio. It was much cheaper than the ones at the physio's yet it feels and works the same. It came with a pump but was already inflated. It also came with a sheet demonstrating a whole lot of other exercises you can do with the disc which I can't wait to try. Buying online was easy and the item arrived really quickly. Very happy with my purchase.
TIP FOR INFLATING:When you push the needle in you will feel it penetrate past a 1st stop, but try to inflate and you will feel resistance. You need to push the needle ALL the way in past a 2nd stop. This is hard to do because it arrives pretty deflated. I suggest squeezing the disc to bring all the air to where the insertion point is, then you can push it in the extra bit more easily. Then you can inflate it normally. I don't suggest pushing the needle in on an angle because the needle is flimsy and will break. I broke my pump's needle trying to push it in and had to use my other ball pump.If you want to deflate it, you just put the needle in while not connected to the pump and push on the disc to remove air (there are videos online if you google it).I have ... I like this disc because I can use it with my standing desk and while I workout. It comes with a poster with pictures of how to use it for pretty much any bodyweight exercise. It feels sturdy and isn't distracting to stand on while working and can inflate and deflate to how I like it.
I bought this to improve my balance as I have torn a couple ankle ligaments recently. It definitely does the job and being able to inflate/deflate really let’s you control how difficult you want the disc to be.The downside to this is this protrusions on the standing side of the disc which are meant to massage you. My personal experience is that it just starts to hurt after a while but I got used to it so not a big detractor.Overall happy with purchase
