Qsilica One A Day - 90 Tablets

I'm not accustimed to leaving reviews - but I thought I'd better for this. Flora and Fauna got this purchase to me very promptly. Was looking forward to these vitamins, however they are the largest vitamins I have ever seen. I take other vitamins everyday that are large but I was unable to swallow these. What is usually a very simple procedure in the morning at breakfast, became a very unpleasant, coughing and spluttering experience. I cut the tablets in half - the edges were too sharp and still unswallowable! Now I smash them with a mortar and pestle until they're a powder like substance and hide them in a spoonful of my cereal/porridge/fruit and wash it down with liquids to get rid of any lingering taste. As for if it does something for my 'skin, hair & nails' - I think I am noticing a difference, especially with my hair - although it's early days! I am persisting although probably won't buy them again as consuming them is way too bothersome!

I have been buying this product for about 10years. It really helps my skin stay clear and I find when Im using it I dont get the little tear away bits of skin around my nails. As soon as I stop using it these tears re appear (about a week or so of not using) and my nails seem thinner ans weaker. Its a great product that I will continue to use. Referred to me by a natropath.

These are amazing. My hairdresser has commented how healthy my hair is since I started taking these daily and I bleach my hair!! So Good.

Best Hair Skin and nail product ever!

Over the years I have searched and searched for a good Hair Skin and Nails tablet, to help thicken my hair and make my nail grow faster and harder. This product is the best I have come across, my hair is a lot thicker and shinier and my nails grow like crazy! Thank you to the chemist warehouse lady in Kingaroy for recommending me this product , because I haven’t looked for a new product since as this is the best :)

Do not waste your money

Do not recommend, it won't help you with your hair, nails or skin, it does not work. My sister and I bought 2 packets each and we saw no difference at all, nothing improved.

Fantastic skin health inclusion

Tasteless. It’s easy to digest. It’s best taken I find either after breakfast or dinner. Been taking it for years. It really works. I’m a 38 year old outdoors man and most people assume I’m in my late 20s. This really works!

Good results but awful to take

I started taking these tablets for my perioral dermatitis. Although I can say that my skin has improved, these tablets were absolutely terrible to take. The smell of them was so bad that once I physically threw up on the carpet. The tablets are enormous and absolutely terrible to swallow, as well as leaving a terrible taste at the back of your mouth. If you have skin problems, then these might be good, but I wouldn't recommend putting yourself through the stress of taking these if your skin is already good.

Waste of money - worst product

I bought this for hair and skin and nails, it did nothing for me at all, biggest waste of money, nothing changed during the product and nothing changed after the product, even after 1 month of completing 90 tablets, did not see any difference at all
