I would buy this product again

One of my daughters favorite breakfasts is my oatmeal. This is quick to make, keeps her full for awhile, and is healthy. We make it with milk, brown sugar, raisins, and sometimes add peanut butter or maple syrup. Yummm!!! Its also the base for Vanishing Oatmeal Cookies, a Quaker recipe. I cant show up to relatives houses without these cookies in hand! I cannot be without this oatmeal in my house! #sweepstakes

I wouldn't be without Quaker Oats in my house

In my house, we eat Quaker Oats for breakfast fairly often. I make it according to the package instructions. My husband likes to add maple syrup; but, I think it is delicious with brown sugar, cinnamon, raisins and walnuts. The Vanishing Oatmeal Cookie recipe on the box is easy to make and we love them. I make an Apple Oatmeal Crisp for friends and family gatherings and I use Quaker Oats to make a great crunchy topping for it. I have tried using oats instead of breadcrumbs for meatloaf; but, it was not my favorite use of it. I have been eating Quaker Oats my whole life and wouldn't be without it.

Makes creamy overnight oats!

Got this on sale over the regular rolled oats and we are not going back! This makes our overnight oats so much creamier! Likely because they are cut smaller? Not sure why but this is going to be our go to now. If you want to be able to drink your oatmeal just add more milk and put in a shaker with a scoop of protein powder and chia seeds and you got homemade oats overnight (the brand).#sweepstakes

Poor shipping method

This is the second time in a row I ordered 42 OZ Quaker, Quick 1 Minute Oats, Oatmeal and the bag was crushed so bad the oatmeal container popped open. The first time Walmart refunded me for it. This time I will just never order this again from Walmart. I think the cause is they ship it on a bag (not box) via USPS who I am guessing destroys it in route or by jamming it in my mailbox. I do not think it is the fault of Walmart except for not putting it in the shipping box and not a bag. More blame I "believe" is in the shipping.

Quality has changed. New supplier?

I eat this every morning, and lately have been noticing a lot more husks or shells that do not soften and can cut or irritate your tongue.Sloppy Quaker! I many go to Walmart's house brand and see if it has the same problem. Also, the packers are sometimes using, cutting open, sometimes with a box cutter? the pop in hand holes on the box and damaging / contaminating the bags inside.

THE BEST OATMEAL!!

1 minute oatmeal taste the best, is the best. People complaining about 1 minute oat vs. old fashioned larger oat, should keep quiet. It's the SAME OATMEAL, the 1 minute is to everyone's advantage the oats are more digestible and your body can yield a higher profit of the nutrients, because it's broken down. Also, the 1 minute oats is proven that youth will consume the 1 minute vs. the rolled. Also, rolled/old fashioned oat, spoils faster. If there is a crisis you can preserve time and energy by simply pouring hot water over the 1 minute oat. I love the 1 minute oatmeal, it's all I WILL EVER BY!

old Quaker is rolling in his grave

I cannot afford genuine Quaker oat brand oatmeal. but I like the looks of the container. so I went to Walmart to buy the 42 Oz Quaker oats container and I thought I would just refill it with the cheap generic brand. I could not help but notice how weak the bottom of the container is. it is pathetic that a brand name company like Quaker oats would not invest in a better constructed container. I noticed that a lot of people are blaming Walmart employees for carelessly handling the Quaker Oat container and ripping the bottom out. not their fault. the container is crap from the get-go
