WOW! This blends so smooth, no lumps, doesn't have gluggy texture, even with 2 scoops and 200ml almond milk. Choc mint is seriously delicious! Very clean flavour, not super sweet and just the right amount of mint. Reminds me of thin mints (US girl scout cookie!) Can't wait to try Fruitty Cereal.

Also, so far, this is the best supplement flavor I've ever had (or maybe I just had too much of the chocolate flavor already). I'm glad they they offer multiple flavors of whey isolate. Been using this for 3 weeks now. I switched from a different brand, and I am very happy with it. Vanilla doesn’t usually taste good as a whey flavor, but Rule 1 gets it right. \n\nIt mixes well (I blend it with flavored oatmeal and sometimes banana slices too), and it doesn’t clump. It also doesn’t make me gassy. \n\nMy only complaint is that the bag isn’t easy to re-seal, but that’s very minor. I would still buy this again when I need to restock. I also got the free melatonin as advertised in the promo.

Hey, just wanted to say that this is a great product. It mixes incredible well. I really like it because I don’t find that it is overly sweet like so many protein powders are. I also find that there is next to no bloating using this product which is so great for me!!! I would highly recommend this protein powder.

Surprisingly good

Alot of brands claim to have a subtle taste. While I wouldn't say subtle its definatley not overwhelming. The chocolate fudge makes a good replacement for chocolate milk. And is great in fruit smoothies not overwhelming or leaving a bad after taste like other brands have done in the past. Love the versatility. Flavour went well with pancake batter I made as well. Overall extremely happy with my purchase and can't wait to trial the vanilla flavour next.
