I have been using this product for years and have been extremely happy with the results. I ran out about 2 months ago and thought that’s ok, I probably don’t need it anymore anyway. Within 2 weeks, my menopause symptoms returned and I was back on remifemin! Back to getting on with life, minus menopause symptoms

Been using Remifemin for 4 months now and it took a couple of weeks for the stuff to kick in. It has improved the quality of my life so much as the hot flushes were rather unbearable both during the day and night. There are times when I experinced the flushes even when taking the tablets so I would alternate with Remifemin Plus. Relieved to have found this product!

Remifemin was not helpful for me, I tried for the 2 months but no relief unfortunately. It seemed to make no difference at all, still had night sweats every night and a few during the day as well.

I have been having hot flushes, poor sleep, exhausted and most recently feelings of apathy just not caring about anything, not remembering and feeling sad, with lots of change in my life I only just connected that fatigue and sadness are also symptoms of peri-menopause. Since taking Remifemin for 1 week I feel human again and the symptoms are fading I am so glad I started taking them. I took two at night and two in the morning for the first three days and now I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night. I love that its natural as I don't take any medication, I'm vegan and I meditate every day, which also helps with these symptoms, but the Remifemin is amazing!!
I was extremely sceptical when my doctor recommended this product. Here we go again, I thought. Another money wasting, hocus pocus gimmick. But to my absolute shock, I started seeing improvements within days! My night sweats went from around 7 a night to 2, then 1, then none in the space of 3 weeks. My daily hot flushes reduced from around 10 to 15 severe to about 1 to 2 very mild. I am now around 6 weeks in, and my symptoms have improved by around 90%. Fingers crossed they keep working!
I’m surprised I found a difference. I have even noticed a difference between forgetting to take them for 1-2 days. It has help balance out the little things as well. Much better than trying to manage without anything.
