This foundation is supposed to be sheer to medium coverage. To me, it's more sheer. I applied the product but could not really even tell I was wearing anything. This product would be great if you just want a more natural and glowy appearance. I did wear this underneath my foundation and it was very pretty. It is lightweight and has a creamy texture. It's supposed to even out your skintone and minimize the look of those things you wish to cover. Pros: Has prickly pear oil to moisture and get that glowy complexion. Very lightweight and creamy. For some reason I expected to be unimpressed by this, maybe lukewarm at best, but this blew my mind! This is a stunning foundation. It provides light to medium coverage, with a blurring but dewy finish that I’ve been absolutely obsessed with. Usually dewy foundations can draw attention to pores and pore size, as highlighters can do sometimes, but this doesn’t have that effect. It still blurs away pores instead of putting a magnifying glass on them. Now, it’s not poreless like a matte foundation or a pore filling primer. This foundation gives a dewy look but more of a luminescent glow. It is a medium, buildable coverage and goes on nicely. The first time I used this I did have to pump it several times to get the product out. Not a dealbreaker but something to be aware of. The scent is barely there and non-descript. I like that this is free of parabens, phthalates, synthetic dyes, harsh fragrances and it’s non-comedogenic. It’s available in 16 shades from very light to deep. It claims it blocks pollutants but I don’t really put too much stock in that since we are exposed every day to pollution in some form or fashion and no matter what foundation you’re wearing, you’re still getting exposure. I have used Tretinoin for over 10 years, so I donâ€™t really have any wrinkles other than the 11s between my eyebrows from squintingâ€¦ (wear your glasses or contacts, people!). I use primer, sparingly, and then I apply this with a damp makeup sponge, (I use one from DSMD that Samantha March recommended as being better than Beauty Blender). I also use my fingers to pat out some areas, and then I apply the concealer from this line, sparingly, and then powder under my eyes and around my nose ever so slightly. Finally I often use the Flower Beauty Hydrating Setting Spray. I am so happy to have found such an affordable option, that works better than many of my high end foundations and tinted moisturizers.I am light with cool, pink undertones, but went with the neutral Vanilla over the cool toned Ivory, because I wanted to tone down the red in my skin, (and tbh, I think it was $3 less to buy that color on Amazon!). I definitely recommend trying it out if you have more mature, dry skin, but honestly I think this would be nice on most skin types.... Show more

I picked this up when I ran out of my high end foundation at the drug store on sale for $3.99 and after using it for a few days I went back and bought two more! This is perfect in every way! The shade match is unreal, the coverage is perfect for me which is a medium coverage and the finish is SO natural! I just turned 40 and have some larger pores but this never looks cakey. Best part is is that it stays put all day and never becomes blotchy. I am thrilled about this amazing find!... Show more

This sheer foundation has natural looking finish. It gives your skin and enhancing hydration that last all day. It’s a medium coverage that can build a little, but I don’t think it builds all the way to full coverage. It doesn’t have oils pins, synthetic, dies, or a harsh fragrance. It has incredible range of shades – 31 to be exact although it’s in a tube it has a pump dispenser at the top. It lies along the skin effortlessly. It works well with or without a primer. Claims: *Anti-pollution, antioxidant, anti-blue light ingredients without parabens, phthalates, synthetic dyes, and fragrances *Skin-enhancing liquid makeup foundation infused with prickly pear oil for a hydrated, glowy finish and vitamin E to help block environmental aggressors *A lotion texture that goes on like a moisturizer, and finishes like a lightweight liquid foundation. Overall: Had this lasted a little longer, I would have rated it 5 stars. I started to notice some breaking up after about 5/6 hours, which was easily negated with some touch ups. I love the fresh and skin like finish I achieved with this foundation while still covering up the stray blemish or dark circle. I wouldn't reccomend this for anyone looking for a medium or full coverage foundation but it's definitely worth purchasing for light coverage or natural days. Please don’t discontinue this!!! I only found out because I was recommended this product to a friend and I came online to see everyone talking about no being able to find it!! It’s been causing me major anxiety since I found out. I’ve only been able to find it on a Amazon (which always makes me paranoid because I’m not sure if im getting authentic product) but I had to risk it because this foundation is the only one I can truly work with. I was going to buy 3 or 4 but there was only one left in stock!!! So I had to come here to let you know how anxious this has got me. This is the one and only foundation I’ve used for YEARS AND YEARS in end!!! It covers everything without being too thick or heavy, and it also doesn’t oxidize into a gaudy orange tone like other ... This has got to be my third tube of candid glow and what a pleasant surprise it has been. The coverage and the colour match are very close to my skin tone which is great because I usually struggle having a neutral undertone. Applies excellent with either a sponge or brush. The glow is also not overwhelming so it's perfect for daily wear. The coverage dries down nicely over hours of wear and doesn't oxidise. I would recommend adding a nice finishing power to more oily areas as the shimmer particles may highlight those areas. The only downside for me is the price which can be expensive for the size and I usually wait til its on sale before I buy it. I usually mix it with other foundations to make it last longer and further its use.... Show more

I gave up on budget foundations many years ago because I could never find a shade pale enough and they rarely performed well on my dry and mature skin (I am in my late fifties). After seeing several people on YouTube praise the Revlon PhotoReady Candid Foundation, I bought it in the shade Porcelain.The foundation is in a plastic tube with a dispenser. It was easy to dispense the foundation without too much coming out at once. The foundation had a noticeable floral scent but it dissipated after application.I applied the foundation with a blending sponge which is my preferred method. The foundation was easy to blend to a satin matte finish. Some foundations do not adhere well to my cheeks where I have broken capillaries, but the foundation adhered well to this ... The foundation looked slightly caky in some areas when I looked in a makeup mirror, but I doubt that someone would notice this unless they were close to my face.All liquid foundations sink into deeper wrinkles due to my age, but this foundation separated very noticeably around the side of my nose after about two hours. I do not wear powder over foundation because my skin is dry, so it is possible that the separation would not have occurred if I had used powder.
