I have been feeding Royal Canin Miniature Schnauzer to my boys since it first came on the market and I was delighted when a food was produced that was tailored to help good kidney function pre Royal Canin Mini Schnazer Food I had a lovely dog die at 7 of kidney failure. This low sodium diet is just what is needed to keep kidneys healthy and I am delighted with it as my dogs are happy healthy and full of energy. I have one petty grouse and I used to get lovely "freebies" from Royal Canin. These included Dog Hammocks, Food bowls and Treat Tubs. You give away things such as tennis balls with other kibble why is Mini Schnauzer not included in these offers? Also I would love it if it came in a bigger economy bag. Better for my dog & online ordering is great!!!

It's so convenient that I can order this for delivery as I have had trouble finding it in stores near me since we moved (and it also shipped to us quickly - within about 2 days!). We have had great results feeding this to our Miniature Schnauzer (when feeding her a different food, she developed a skin rash which has cleared up now that I was able to find where to buy the Royal Canin and switched her back to it). Thank you!

Digestible &. Low Fat

I have been using the breed specific food for my Miniature Schnauzer since we got her eight months ago. The food seems easily digestible, low in fat and my dog seems to enjoy eating it. I changed to a different food for about a month, and she developed itchy skin. So, I switched back. Problem solved!

Excellent Dog & Puppy Food

All 3 of my current miniature schnauzers love this food. They just had their seventh birthday, and are in perfect Health. My 14 week loves the puppy formula and goes crazy over it. The kibble is just the right size and have never seen anything strange in the food unlike other brands my family has used like hair teeth etc. never looks overly cooked. They make small batches and only come in 10lb bags due to it spoils fast due to the high protein content. My last 2 miniature schnauzers have lived till 16 and I give credit towards the food I give them.

Excellent food for our Miniature Schnauzer

My dogs have been on this food since puppies. They eat it up! I’ve had other terriers that would get tired of kibble and was always changing. Not this food. They are excited to eat, and almost inhale it. Adding the can food, mixed with kibbl, and warm water for dinner is a winner. My dogs are supper active, spend outdoors most of the day playing and running. They don’t smell, their eyes are bright and their hair is shiny and soft. This food will keep them healthy for long life according to my vet. This is the best. I recommend highly!

Highly Recommend

Our schnauzer absolutely loved this dog food. This is her first bag since switching from the puppy version of the RC mini schnauzer food. The kibble is only slightly larger than the puppy version & has a much more robust smell -not a bad or off-putting smell, but it just smells more flavorful than the puppy formula. (Sorry folks but I’m not gonna actually taste it to be 100% certain of that but she seems much more excited to eat it than the puppy version). Our vet had recommended RC brand along with 2 other brands, but I am totally swayed by the fact that RC does so much research for specific breeds’ needs. As always, Chewy got our shipment out quickly and it came packaged well & in excellent condition. Highly satisfied!

Mini schnauzer will not eat

I did my research and switched from another dry food to Royal Canin Adult Mini Schnauzer. I was careful to mix it with the food he had been eating and gradually taper to all Royal Canin. Everything seemed fine so began feeding 100% Royal Canin. He will not touch this food. When I went back to original kibble he scarfed it down. I have no idea what is wrong with this food. Stuck with a pretty pricey bag I can’t use. Disappointed.

Royal Canin Miniature Schnauzer food

My MS is 12 years old, and pretty healthy. Over the past few months, I noticed that his eyes are getting cloudy. I decided that I probably should start him on a food specifically for his breed. He has only been on it for a few weeks, and I can see an improvement already. I just got a MS puppy this week, so I have started her on Royal Canin Miniature Schnauzer puppy food.

Yes, our dog loves this food

I recently got this Miniature Schnauzer dry dog food from Royal Canin. Our 3 year old Schnauzer, Lucky loves it. We used to feed her Royal Canin and thought she might be getting tired of the same food and may want to try new flavors/brands. So, we switched to a different brand instead for 2 months or so. We quickly realized it was a big mistake. Her scratching and paw licking had gone up drastically and she developed some digestive issues in her stomach. Also, very soon after changing her to the other brand, we could easily tell that she does not like that food that much either. So, we switched back to RC and after switching, we can see how she is excited for her food and she now comes running for the food and finished her bowl in no time, that also with no left ... MoreI recently got this Miniature Schnauzer dry dog food from Royal Canin. So far, we are happy and we do not have any complaints. And yes, I already recommended this dog food my friends, family and colleagues.
