I have tried all the other Renal food available. My dog eats them reluctantly when they have vegies mixed in, but the pouches - she loves. The only downside is, as they're named Early Renal I presume they're not quite as reduced in the renal culprits as the others. As my dog is almost 15, I want her to have enjoyment, but I only give her half a pouch a day, so it's a win/win for us both!

My baby was recently diagnosed with kidney disease. She has always been a very fussy eater but when I gave her this food she demolished it instantly and has continued to love every morsel I give her ….. refuses any other renal food Fantastic She is so happy and active again now and vet very happy Thank you Royal Canin

Back in February my ten year old retired greyhound Vader was losing weight and generally not as active as he had been. Blood tests showed he was in early stage renal failure. My vet recommended t that I change his dog food to a low protein one. I had no problem changing to the Royal Canine renal diet. He enjoys every mouthful. He has stopped losing weight and his last blood test was normal. I am aware that he is likely to get worse in the future and may need more treatment but at the moment he is fit and well. I am pleased that I will have my lovely greyhound a little while longer. Thank you and your service is great too. Never failed to be delivered when you say it will be. Sue and Vader.

My girl is 16 and was just diagnosed with kidney issues. I tried Hills KD and she absolutely hated it to the point where she didn’t eat for five days. Here comes Royal Canin and BOOM! She absolutely loves it! Very happy
I buy Royal Canin renal support dry and wet food regularly which my dog likes. I tried Veggiedent dental chews with good results. I recommend it to everyone.
My dog has early renal failure and so I was told to purchase a dog food that would be suitable. Since using this food it has slowed the process down. He seems to enjoy it too, so it’s a win from me.

I like renal pouch than renal wet can food for the following reasons : 1) renal pouch contains more water than can food. 2) my dog likes it 3) my dog takes both renal wet & dry food together, thus for can food, my dog usually takes 4 days to finish one can. I need to keep the remaining food in the refrigerator, less fresh. For pouch food, one pack can be finished within a day. it is fresher in my view. Cons - renal pouch is more expensive than can food.
