I am more than pleased with these dental biscuits let alone my cat. She was having terrible dental problems really bad plaque on teeth and costing a fortune at vets to have them removed. She is a really fussy eater and would only eat a certain type of food which was no good for her really, infact my vet told me that most foods out there are bad for their teeth as they leave a sticky residue on them and mixed with saliva and bacteria you end up with plaque. She would not have her teeth brushed so vet told me to try her on Royal Cannin Dental as being bigger than average cat biscuits the cat has to really crunch and munch these so this then helps to break down plaque. Now the only thing she eats is these, and as they contain all the vitamins, minerals, etc thats all ... MoreI am more than pleased with these dental biscuits let alone my cat. I call this 'cat cookies' as my cats absolutely go nuts for it, and if I'd let them, the would ONLY eat this (I don't let them). And just like 'cookies', dry food only makes up a small portion of my cat's diet as I don't believe it is healthy to give them too much. I include dry food to provide variety and to promote chewing (the rest of their diet is human-grade raw kangaroo chunks, and 'wet' food). I have tried many different dry foods, including grain-free and other dental varieties, and this is the only product I would recommend if your objective is to get your cat to bite their dry food. The pieces are a decent size and firmness, like dog food, so there is no way the cat can avoid biting it to swallow (Hill's Science Diet - dental is the same size, but less ... MoreI call this 'cat cookies' as my cats absolutely go nuts for it, and if I'd let them, the would ONLY eat this (I don't let them). Every other dry product just gets swallowed whole by my cats, so I will be sticking to this for good (I have been alternating this product with others for the last 3 years but have decided the search is over). This would make up a 1/4 of the diet AT THE MOST as I notice it makes the cat fat if I give them any more than this. My very active cat can eat more, but my sedentary cat definitely gets chubby if she's allowed more than a small amount. Highly recommended dental product.

It looks like my cats teeth are looking better than they did before he started eating these biscuits. The vet said that they would chip away at the plaque. It does look like it has worked. I will know if they are working the next time I visit the vet to find out if they are of benefit to my cat. Anyhow he really likes them so have to be careful not to give him too many only what the vet recommended which was a small handful per day.

GR8 for keeping the tartare on my gnashers under control. The brewers yeast in the ingredients is very addictive and keeps me coming back for more. The crunchy texture keeps my teeth polished and minimises my trips to the dentist. 5 Paws +++ rating.
Been adding some of these biscuits to my cats food to help with their dental care since I almost died trying to brush their teeth. Everyone is happy since they seem to love the taste. They would happily eat more if I would let them but given they are fattening, I just give them a few in the mix of their indoor weight management biscuits. Seems to be a good mix. Would recommend, much better quality then other dental biscuits even for the price tag.
Jeeves, our 12 year old DLH, has been on this diet for about two years now since it was recommended by our vet. He still begs for his dinner, which he was always a bit ambivalent about on his old supermarket-bought food. His breath doesn't smell yucky anymore and we've noticed he rarely brings up fur balls. As far as I can see his teeth look clean, and his poop smells nowhere near as offensive as it once did - a real benefit for an inside cat. Thumbs up from us
Both of my cats are on a raw diet, but had previously been in shelters. One of them hates chewing anything hard so to get him onto bones has been a mission. Since getting this he's loved it AND been chewing the chunks! Usually cat Dental stuff is so small he just swallows it whole but these are a great size. Have noticed his teeth looking better as well as it has the chemical components to help with tartar.
At a recent vet check up, it was discovered that one of my cats had gingivitis. The vet was clear that if things did not improve it could get worse to the point of teeth needing extraction and other health complications. They recommended adding dental biscuits to their usual dry food. After 2ish months my cat's mouth looks less swollen. The vet said we could add some to my other cat's food as well (despite him not having any issues) to improve dental hygiene. This is a great product that my cats appear to enjoy. Placing an order was easy and it arrived the same week I ordered both times!
My vet recommended this for my senior cat's plague built up. Since he has been back for a check up his overall dental health has improved, so I continue to buy it. He loves this dry food too! Now my vet is recommending it for my younger cat's gingivitis. Highly recommend it. Pet Circle has a competitive price on it too, plus their quick service is incredible!
My fur babies are slowly getting used to this type of biscuits, my youngest fur baby has a small dental issue. they are seemingly enjoying the biscuits, my fur baby that doesn't have a dental issues s loving the biscuits more so. great product
