Disappointed there is no indicator light showing on/off but could live with that. However, very disappointed in cooking levels …. High is very high cooking, Low is very high cooking and Warm still bubbles away. Food is not slow cooked.

This slow cooker is easily big enough for a family of six. Im getting nothing but compliments for easy to make delicious slow cooked nutritious meals. Its very easy to use, Ive never owned a slow cooker before but from the day one Ive been able to produce tender family pleasing meals using beef, chicken, lamb and pork.

I bought this product from Big W. While it cooks well and offers space for large lamb shanks and additional vegetables, the length of the power cord is very short, and there is no indicator light showing that it has been turned on. I had to wait until the generated heating could be felt.I noticed that these inadequacies had been mention on reviews dating back ore than 3 years. Each time, someone from your company has promised that these issues would be raised with the appropriate product section. Still no changes from the feedback.

I have used it to make chicken stock and 12 veg soup. So eady, to good! The oval is a very versatile shape. I plan to cook a turkey in it in stead of using my oven. That's how my friends cook their turkey meals. The meat turns out super moist. Dark turkey meat is rich in iron and very lean.
First criticism is the cooker has a strangely small cord. I had to use an extension cord to avoid cooking under shelving. Second criticism is there is no indication light to show if the cooker is even on. I had to rely on the plastic like smell you get when using an appliance for the first time. Other than that, the cooker has nice big handles & looks nice.
As a mum of an 11 month old this has been a lifesaver over the last couple of months! Just so simple and easy to use, and because of the slow-cooking process everything just comes out really tender and delicious :)Also amazed at how well this can handle pretty much any dish. From soups and stews to full blown roasts...so good! And the fact that the prep is fairly quick and simple and can then just leave it to cook for a number of hours is so useful. Especially when it comes to dinner time which is usually the craziest time of the day in our household ;)
Concern about the lid not fitting tightly there are numerous gaps between the actual pot and the lid. I am not sure if it is a design flaw or if it is faulty. Slow cooking is designed for the food to cook in its own juices, with the gaps between the pot and the lid it will cause evaporation of those juices and the food will take longer to cook properly, this slow cooker is also an entirely different design from my old slow cooker so it may be that I see a fault where there is none. As I am yet to use it I cannot say if it will work as well as my old one, time will tell I guess.
I absolutely love this slow cooker! The beauty of slow cooking is in it’s complexity of flavours, and overall simplicity in its technique and essence. This cooker pays homage to just that, simple and solid in its functions and produces such warming and complex meals. I love the size of the ceramic pot, which is both easy to remove and clean. Overall a very happy customer!
I used the this slow cooker the first time today and was bitterly disappointed. How do I know if it’s on or not and what settings are on? No indication light or timer. On the warm setting it’s still cooking.I had a $20 no name slow cooker before, with setting lights and a timer. Should have kept it.
Slower cooker works great and large capacity of 7ltMy only complaint is on my old crockpot you had settings low, high and auto. The auto started on high and dropped to low once it reached temp. This one only has low, high, warm. So you have to change settings manually. Other than that grest
