collet size is silly, makes it hard to interchange bits from other rotary brands.. i found the extension although very useful it gets quite hot, so prolonged use is not possible

Overall its a pretty good product for the price. Its more than powerful enough to cut things like fibreglass, carbon fibre, concrete etc. There are a couple of design flaws such as the button to remove the lock on bits requires quite a bit of force to engage so you an loosen it. The power switch is also located in a stupid position - once this thing is on, Its on and you have to adjust your hand position to turn it off. In that sense its actually a pretty dangerous tool because if you loose control of it, it could remain on and hurt you. The extension device also doesn't work very well in that its not suitable for high powered tasks. But that could be due to user error. Finally, replacing the sanding bits is extremely difficult and could easily have been made ... MoreOverall its a pretty good product for the price. It’s a great rotary tool. Gets the job done and feels solid. Just wish it was less noisy when running. Other than that it’s good.
Grate product and Easy to use just as good as or more better then the More expensive brands
I recently purchased the ROTARY TOOL KIT it's a great versatile tool usable on many different applications with a great range of bits to use
Bought this as an alternative to the more expensive Dremmel. While the hand piece has power and a multitude of speed settings and comes with the flexible extension, this heats up quickly so extended use is not advised. The box says 115 accessories, but most of those are duplicated sanding fittings and cutting discs (35). Speaking of the sanding fittings, the consumable cover keeps slipping, greatly reducing the effectiveness and requiring constant reseating.
The slow speed which I need is very limited and difficult to maintain but it seems okay so far , but its very early days at barely a week old. As I have worn out a good dozen Dremils over the last 20 years in my trade I am remaining positive for the change.
It can be fiddly and unintuitive to assemble. The extention attachment doesn’t work as well as it should.
awesome little tool great for that precision work really easy to use and so far hasn't missed a beat
