The battery is only 2Ah, but the charge holds extremely well, even after extensive heavy use. The charger had the battery fully charged quickly, not holding the job up.

Most people like to talk about there purchase on this review. I would like to say the 1.5ah battery that failed was replaced with out question for a new 2.0ah battery. My only complaint would be that I miss the rubber on the bottom of the battery which stops it from sliding, other wise great service.

You can never have too many batteries & chargers. The 2.0Ah batteries are great in my cleaning tools.
Its a battery and a charger which work together to prodice power. The test will be longevity of battery after a few charges, years of use.
Ryobi batterries & chargers are excellent. I bought this combo to use with the Ryobi tyre inflator so that my wife can very easily pump up the car tyre if she gets a flat tyre. It just sits in the trunk of the car for those emergencies. 2Ah can easily pump several tyres on a single charge.
2.0Ah battery is an ideal power supply for the Ryobi secateur. Lasts for hours and is light and powerful enough to power the unit for ages. Reasonable charge time is a bonus.

I purchased a 2ah battery n charger from Bunnings (of course) to replace my old 2.5ah that had died. I only use that one for my leaf blower. The old battery lasted me almost 13 yrs so was pretty happy about that. I bought the small one as it was all I could afford at the time & I needed to use the machine. Came home with new battery n charger plugged it & it was fully charged in an hour or so. Put in the blower done the job very well for me. I am happy with my purchase. Steve.
I have two of these battery/charger combinations, one arriving in a pack with a blower/vac, which is an excellent tool and much superior to my previous RYOBU blower/vac which has failed after quite a few years of good service.My problems are that the power delivery of a 2.0Ah battery is much too short and the charger seems to take an inordinately long period to recharge this battery. It would have been helpful to have had advice about the inadequacy of this combination for my needs.
