After using one year the product works fine. Now I am changing the dustbin bag and using the second one. It does captures all the dust well except hair. On the other hand because the dustbin is transparent plastic and it is so flimsy and fragile, it broke after one year usage. The clip bit broke off. I am lodging warranty claim and hopefully it could provide a changeover or a look into the design flaw for the transparent plastic bin with a fragile easily broken part after 1 year of light usage.

I purchased this product a few months ago and it has proven to be a great investment. Recently we had a visitor who suffers allergies and this product was fantastic in containing the pet hair and dust particles into a neat and stylish unit which takes up very little space. My partner has even benefitted from the dust particles being contained which stops him sneezing. The clean station bags are also easy to change and hold quite a lot so changing them is not required very often. Definately would recommend this product to family and friends.

We bought the vacuum cleaner & Clean station after staff member showed us how it worked however it didn’t work however she told us that she uses it all the time.The bin that comes with vacuum cleaner is NOT compatible with the clean station & you can’t even buy a replacement bin for the clean station.I would have thought that the bin that comes with the clean station should be standard with the vacuum cleaner & then the clean station would be more attractive to buy. A better marketing tool.Went back to retailer to discuss the issue & all they wanted to do was to do a refund, all I wanted was another bin, the same as the one in the clean station. I didn’t take it any further.

The idea of the clean station is brilliant, but the product itself is rubbish. If anyone in the house has hair longer than a short haircut, it cannot be emptied in the clean station. Instead the hair wraps around the filter in the canister and no matter how many times you put it in the clean station it cannot get sucked out. I need to keep knitting needle next to the clean station to try to hook out the stuff the clean station leaves behind (which is about half). The inability of the clean station to empty the canister also reduces the suction ability of the vacuum.After spending $1000.00 on the vacuum & clean station I am so disappointed, this is the worst vacuum system I have owned.
Had my Clean Station for 12 mths now, and absolutely love it. I wondered if the bags wouldn't really get full before needing replacing, but nope - the air seems to he sacked out as trash is sacked in, saving space for rubbish! Highly recommend. No need to fiddle about emptying vacuum cleaner with dust going everywhere. Great job Samsung! Love love love this.
This thing does not keep the promise to "trap up to 99.999% of dust" very well. It was all good initially, and I did not have this problem when the unit was brand new, but after just 3 weeks of use Clean Station is releasing a significant amount of fine dust into the air while operating. The bag is still not full, and both filters appear to be clean (no visible dust on them). The manual suggests to change the bag if it "emits bad odour", even if it's not full - but it's simply the dust, not the bad odour - and it gets into the air only when the motor is on. So the whole selling point of preventing the dust from getting back into the air is invalidated within a few weeks of ownership.
Definitely a good buy with the $100 discount provided with purchase of the Jet 90 Pro at the time.It is extremely easy to use, very convenient and doesn't take up much space at all.The function of the clean station is good as it removes most dust and debris first go, but second or third attempt is sometimes necessary to clean out the long hair that gets wrap up in the dust bin.I also found it is best to clean the dust bin before it gets half full, for a much better clean.Would be lovely if the clean station came with additional dust bags. Instead of being an extra cost.

The dust bag took a lot of fiddling to get the catch to close and locked when placed inside the bag area. OK. The special dust canister placed inside the Clean Station didn't empty at all, even with a second and third try. Each try the Clean Station took 5 suction attempts to empty it. Later realised it may have been my fault as the top dust level on the canister was marked only at the halfway point on the canister plastic, leaving another 50% area that can fill, HOWEVER, then the canister doesn't empty at all, once you go over that full mark. Once the bag was full, the blue light, which is supposed to turn red to tell you that the bag is full, didn't turn red but continued on as a blue colour. Removed the full bag and then again tried to replace it with a new bag to find the catch refusing to close and lock again. So much that I then took it to Samsung's repair shop at Keswick. It took two weeks for them to get back to me, saying that the unit was operating within normal expectations but the technician had little experience with the unit's operating and had no idea why the blue light on the front of the machine didn't turn red when the bag was full. Even though there was an obvious fault, I was then charged $66 even though the unit was 3 weeks old and still under warranty, for the technician to check over the unit. The proviso was that nothing was found wrong with the machine, even though the indicator light didn't work properly, which the technician agreed could be happening. So home it came and still the light doesn't turn red and I now empty the canister when half full, otherwise, I have to pick out the hair and dust particles myself. Very annoying. While I found the above annoying, the unit concept is itself very convenient, which is the only good point I find so far. Had I known that I was going to have these troubles, even with Samsung failing to honour their warranty obligations, I certainly would not have paid out for the unit.
I paid $1100 for this horrid vacuum and the cleaner station. If ALL I had was hard wood floors, or tight loop pile rugs, it would have worked fine. If you have, like me, various types of rugs and ANYTHING with even a medium pile, the roller immediately stops spinning and you cannot vacuum the rug! I used it 2 x and thought Samsung would refund my money. Unfortunately for me, they DIDN’T CARE AT ALL! I purchased it online and I WASTED another hour of my life speaking to some guy who told me I WOULD GET A REFUND and just bring it to my local service Center. Drove 45 minutes to said Center, only to be told by them that “Samsung fires this all the time” and that they have no authority to refund my money! What?!?! This thing is amazing, out of the box there no setup, just plug it in and away it goes. Once you need to empty the vacuum canister, just pop the lid open of the clean station and put the canister on it, twist and the clean station comes on automatically.
