My first smart watch so I am flying blind so to speak as I can't compare it to any other one. First impressions are it looks nice (Black face with dark grey strap) and it fells comfortable on. The screen is nice and clear, and there are enough gizmo's to make your head spin if your not used to having all the features. I measured my heartbeat and think the result is pretty accurate, but haven't tried any of the other health things it does. Almost all of the actions are actually set up on your mobile phone, the Samsung wearable app being what you need, it was already on my Samsung A55 phone but different brands will probably need it downloading from the Google play store. I am happy with mine so far, so its 4 stars from me, plus for a branded name this model is a lot cheaper than a lot of other branded Smart watches, but without all the extra bells and whistles you'd get on them. It counts steps, tells the time, shows the temp and how much battery life is left those were what I was looking for in a smart watch, plus as I have mentioned, there is ECG, Heart rate, Sleep monitoring (which includes snoring detection!) plus much more that I haven't tried or discovered yet.

I have done everything possible to optimise battery usage but I still need to charge it everyday. I previously had a fitbit which would easily last 3 or 4 days between charges

I'm so disappointed with this watch. I've never had a smartwatch with such terrible battery life. It has to be charged every single day. The battery gives an inaccurate reading of the charge that's left. It's says I have hours and hours more of a charge than it does. I couldn't track my sleep because I had to leave it on the charger. It's really annoying that I can't make use of a feature because I need to charge it so frequently. It's a cool watch but it's not worth the cost. I paid less for a different smartwatch that had some cool features and the battery last days longer. I'm new to Samsung devices so I thought this watch would be better. The watch might be good, however it isn’t compatible with an iPhone. When I bought it I was told it was compatible with an iPhone. However it is not.The watch won’t work until it syncs with a phone. So, I couldn’t even turn it on. I’m not going to get a Samsung phone just to use the watch. It was disappointing.Best Buy gave me a refund without issue. I’m frustrated that technology works in competition and not in collaboration.
I went in to purchase my watch in store. It was not available so it was ordered in store for me to recieve it at home. When I received at home my box was opened. The watch had fingerprints all over it. Seems like someone returned it and it was sent to me. Very dissapointed with this purchase because I paid for a new product not an opened packaged. The watch itself is pretty nice just takes some time to get used to coming from apple watch.
Excellent watch, connects to phone and TV, I have, has Bixby voice control. Lovely colour and choice of face display. Tracking movement, exercises and sleep, which is all very helpful and easy to follow. Comfortable to wear, and doesn't take long to charge. Would definitely recommend.
I love this watch. I am using it standalone, and not linking up with my service provider, so no extra monthly cost. It is very comfortable, easy to read, does good measures. I wanted basics and it provides much more than I anticipated. I am still learning its features but like what I've used so far.
This watch is very sleek looking and has a lot of features. However, the battery is awful. I had to disable almost all of the notifications as it was killing my charge. I only have notifications for texts and phone calls. I have attached a picture of the coloring and such as it is attractive, but the 0% charge after less than a full 24-hrs.
