Bad Well built to a degree (the cannister is clumpsy when being clicked in after it was removed and seems easy to knock off). Suction wise it's decent, battery life is decent on medium but lousy on high. Hand-held is horrible as it's heavy and the weight distribution is hard on the wrist. Good Quiet, generally good design, no-hold trigger is great, battery charges up pretty quickly, range of accessories is very good, ability to remove and clean just about everything easily. The game-changer is the clean station, it makes getting rid of the contents so easy. Of course the 99. 99% filtration is a very good benefit.

Purchased the Jet 70 recently and so far very happy with it. I also own a Dyson V8. Although I have not done a proper comparative test at home (pet at home and using Jet at work), I’m really happy with the Jet. It’s lighter than the Dyson so that’s a plus for me, handles easy and I also like the fact that you don’t need to hold the ON button like on the Dyson. It is also pretty quiet and easy to empty the dust bin. It’s still not a cheap stick vac but I think it is pretty good value for what you are getting. If you want a decent product and not spend top dollars this is definitely one to consider.

Website is not very clear about how on the max suction with the turbo brush head there will be 5 mins of run time with the battery. The 40 mins is on the minimum suction for the mini handy tool. This isn't what anyone is going to use to vacuum their house. Owner of Samsung TVs, Microwave, Washing Machine, phones, sound bars and never had a complaint. This product is a fail. So disappointed.

The unit does well at cleaning hard floors and carpet; the battery lasts for the expected time specified. The attachments that are bundles are useful. When compared to our Dreame V9 which was a few hundred dollars cheaper, the pros for this are: detachable battery, quieter. Cons: more expensive, dustbin is a bit more effort to empty (almost requiring 2 hands, Dreame you can easily do it with one) . Similar: they both have similar runtime and suction.
There are a couple of issues I have with this vac but overall it suits it's purpose - I only have a small 1br apartment. Issues are that the battery doesn't last that long - a fully charged battery will do my place easy but it loses charge from one weekend to another (i.e. doesn't seem to keep hold of charge for long). With the unit I got I can't keep it plugged into battery so have to remove it to charge it which is annoying. And sometimes when the catcher isn't overly full it prevents the unit from working. No way to tell if it's a build up of dust/hair in the pot or a flat battery. But I do like the soft attachment is perfect for my wood floors (no scratching) and it is small and very portable for living in a flat.
Really is such a great vacuum! Battery life is reasonable but stick vacuums arent meant to replace a full upright. The power of the Jet 70 is simply brilliant despite its quietness. The attachments are all motorised meaning you rarely need to up the suction power which is fantastic! The soft roller brush is fantastic for tiles and polishes hard floors as you clean, the roller brush is versatile in that it cleans all surfaces including carpet, the mini motorised tool is great to remove pet hair from couches, bedding etc. and the extendible crevice tools are great for tackling small spaces. Paired with the clean station, the dustbin automatically empties it self with no dust plume! Smart!!

Boasting a Digital Display to let you know the operating status of the vacuum, also displaying mid through to max power indicators. One push of the power button and away it goes, no need to hold in button as with some other models. 40 mins of power, and can accommodate a battery for more time if desired.Cleaning is no work at all, and can be done without the need to remove by hand. Comes with a wall mountable holder.I wouldn't have thought about a cleaning devise as being enjoyable to use, but it's true for me, I fair finkum love using it!!!Yet another great Samsung product.
I had been researching for months - a stick vacuum that you didn’t need to hold the button on. A vacuum head that hair could easily be cleaned out of, without a special tool to open or getting scissors involved. A vacuum that was soft on hard wood floors. A vacuum that didn’t need to have the entire unit on charge. The Samsung ticked all of these boxes and more. I have been so pleased with the purchase. The adjustable suction level was a bonus. I can have it on a lower setting for the hard wood and turn it up when vacuuming a rug or carpet. 10/10 would recommend.
This product initially works well but is poorly designed and will break soon after purchase (within warranty period) - check out the "product review" website for plenty of honest reviews! I bought mine at JB HiFi and it broke after about 8 months clearly due to poor design. JB said to bring it all back to have it sent off for repairs (they could see the 2 damaged parts and agreed that it should be covered by warranty and to expect it back in 2-4 weeks). Initially the Samsung service centre called me to state that it was CID (customer induced damage) which is not covered under warranty. When pressed on the matter, it turns out they hadn't even inspected it yet!!! First stick vac I own so I haven't had another stick vac to compare this to but will compare it to my chorded bag barrel vacuum. Overall, I feel like it does the job nicely. It is very easy to use and handier than a normal barrel vacuum as you don't need to worry about the chord and packing up at the end of use. Battery life probably could have been better as it dies pretty quickly if you use the maximum setting (5 minutes or so!), but, it seems to pick up most things on the medium setting anyway. I don't know how I feel seeing all the dirt and having to empty them yet. It used to be hidden away out of sight in a bag and I'd just throw the bag out!
